OOC: Alright, so first off several things: One this will be in the year 2350, Two Be reasonable with your population, Three, the setting is in Maricopa county, Arizona, Due to Nuclear weapons changing an environment, the desert is Now deciduous forest, Fill out all fields in the app or it will not be accepted, All factions but two, An evil BoS, they hate Wastelanders and anybody who is not them, And worship technology, Believing it's the path to controlling Humanity, which they believe outside of themselves, are inferior to themselves, and the remnants of the raiders, if you choose these, you do not have to follow the back story but you will have other limitations on you, one person per faction, you may RP, the factions mentioned already. New Sea Territory is Co-OP, I have the final say in matters, If he makes I decision you don't like, you must submit your complaint to me, And I will decide whether it will be overturned or not. If you are kicked out, or quit, Your territory will be given to the closest faction, if there's more than one it will be split up, NST and I will decide this, Inactive players will be kicked out, if you let me know that you will be gone, I may make an exception, this will depend on how you've RP'd thus far. A final note, Neither Legion nor NCR exist in this play-through, should you, this option is only available for the former Vault Dwellers, wish to create The Second Arizona Democratic Federation, or Attila's horde, feel free to, you don't have to call them that, I am giving examples. Now for the app and back-story.

There was a Control vault, Under Sun Devil Stadium at Arizona State University, Vault 74, one year ago, the overseer let you out, and you and your followers ventured out into the wastes, and settled them, building them back up, but all was not well, several factions didn't like you there, Raiders, who with the cooperation of your other former co-vault dwellers, you pushed back to the city known as Mesa, Now A slum, with the raiders on their last legs, liable to fall at any moment, There is a Enclave Faction, It is seeking to aid the wasteland and keep America's legacy alive, The Kind Enclave, have no issue with you and your faction, And you have a Brotherhood of Steel Faction, An evil one seeking to gain control of not only your technology, but you as well.. The two factions recently arrived in the area, contributing to the raider's fall So Dear leader, where will you take your group, will you lead them to greatness or fall into the pits on the formerly sun-baked sands of Maricopa?

What is your relationship with the former vault dwellers and what was your history coming out of it: The Free realm takes a case by case approach with former dwellers from its vault. As for their history, Queen Gorwin was an unofficial leader in the vault, part of one of the many groups who wanted the vault opened. When they finally got their wish she ordered her group to go out in parts, colonizing areas after scouting them, They colonized The Airport nearby, The university, and its surrounding area, and a lake, and its beach, as well as the areas in between. In an agreement with the overseer, The Free realm's citizens would be allowed to remain in the vault, so long as they didn't cause any trouble, and recognized the overseer as the vault head, they would be allotted sections of the vault for living, and in exchange the overseer and his group would be allowed free passage throughout the Free Realm's territories, After just one month of this agreement, the overseer demanded that the Free Realm hand over all its territories to the Overseer, when it refused, he attacked them, the battle became the Vault 74 war, The Free realm defeated the overseer and his forces, killing the overseer, and annexing the vault. The remaining people in the vault, not of the Free Realm, were moved to an area where they would be re-educated, to not have hatred of the realm, the re-education consisted of schooling, when it was complete they returned to the vault. All this time Raiders had been attacking the Various Newcomers to the Wasteland, in cooperation with the other newly found groups, the raiders were destroyed, and their remnants fled, Licking their wounds, to a city called Mesa, massacring the inhabitants there. They now sit, near the Free realm waiting to attack, but without the strength, new groups have risen, they wish to live in peace with the rest of the wasteland but will fight if needed.

Do you allow slavery:The Free realm has an interesting view on the subject, should it be slavery that is from a contract and one that is not coerced, it is legal.
Strengths:The nation is heavily fortified, and supplies are in good stock due to its location
Weaknesses:Raiders at its doorstep, There is still a weariness from the Vault 74 War, it is also in the middle of a urban area, which means that should conflict come, it will be bloody

First of all of can claim, Unless you RP as the raiders, Part of a city, Not three of Them, and Tuscon is not in the playable area, second, please make a map, of you claim, at least draw borders around it. Third, A hostility towards raiders is not a weakness, and This is supposed to be a More Liberal form of the Enclave, not your traditional Enclave.

What is your relationship with the former vault dwellers and what was your history coming out of it:

A group of a few of the vault dwellers instantly headed north from their position at the vault, leaving behind their old lives. After traveling across the city, they reached Anthem, where they settled with a group of ghouls they joined up with and a few wastelanders in the surrounding area. Their journey through Phoenix allowed them to raid a former army surplus store, a pre-war library and a Nuka Cola factory.

They formed a settlement in Anthem, which by this time grew to about 4,000 by soaking up the local population into their community. Eventually, they built large walls around north Anthem, and declared it "The Democratic State of Anthem", in which everything was decided by the General Assembly. The GA included all adult citizens within the walls of Anthem.

A group of more radical humans, along with their ghoul comrades, began reading works of communist and socialist authors they found hidden in a pre-war house, obviously owned by a Chinese spy to those who knew their history. These radicalized people returned to Anthem, and eventually convinced the GA to implement communist policies, and since then, the commune has outlawed interior trade, nationalized means of production, and only exchanged in barter and occasional cap trade with merchants outside the commune. The new "People's Assembly" has gathered funds to plant massive farms, and have begun modest attempts at manufacturing cheap rifles, while equipping their soldiers with a standard hunting rifle, knife, helmet and leather armor.

Strengths: Food Supply, large farms, manpower
Weaknesses: lightly equipped soldiers, decentralized leadership (direct democracy)
Anything else you want to add: We are default enemies of the Enclave, who obviously disagree with the Commune ideologically. As for the Brotherhood of Steel, the People's Assembly has decided on a neutral policy.

If you do the Enclave, which Is a more Liberal Enclave, a BoS faction, which seeks to enslave the wasteland through technology, believing that the wastelanders, and its newcomers are inferior to them, or you can do the raiders who were beaten, and the various raider groups came together, in a last-ditch effort to save themselves, and are in the city of Mesa, and low on supplies and men. These factions are able to be around before the vault opened, otherwise a group of vault dwellers were the ones who started your nation one year ago.

The Confederation does not have a notable interaction with the Vault dwellers after the first Rangers left the vault, However as the protectors and spiritual leaders the rangers see themselves as Shamans (Missionary's) have been contacting, and converting vault dwellers to the religion of old.

What is your relationship with the former vault dwellers and what was your history coming out of it: It was a peaceful leave, we had convinced the OVerseer that we were fit to leave and live on our own.
Population: 723
Do you allow slavery: No
Strengths: Tight-knit community, everyone is fairly sociable with everyone else. Low crime rate.
Weaknesses: Small size, very small security/police force(only 21), fairly untested under extreme stress or warfare
Anything else you want to add: San Libertidad is, as the name sounds, heavily influenced by Latino roots. This comes from the fact that half the Vault dwellers who founded the settlement were Latino, and most of the wastelanders drawn here were Latino. The security force wears old Vault security gear and riot gears and use pistols, SMGs, and the occasional shotgun or rifle. The people are, as stated above, very friendly and very quick to open their arms and help anyone. They are large traders, and thus, have worked up a fairly decent style of life in San Libertidad.

Weaknesses: Unorganized governance, very small safe area, radioactive proximity (Factories, ect) small militia, Political instability, crowded living areas, terrible quality of life, manditory child labour at the age of 6 for all residents, bad record keeping (Other than for trade purposes), corporate competitivity.

Anything else you want to add: Not a formal "nation", more of a governed company. Very open to trade with others, holds a key economic balance in the region,

The Flag's symbolism: 9 Stripes for the 9 senators, one eagle for the people's chosen leader, the President, and Red, White, and Blue as a way to honor the true, old world America.

The only problem I see is that the NCR never actually existed in this timeline.
