Description of RP:
You all shall choose nations and i will give you each a goal to accomplish by that certaint time. If you conplete the gosl you will be rewarded. However its not as easy as it sounds the AI nations or me and my random events might halt your project. You still decide most things but I will provide random reactions to your choices.

This is my first RP so I have some questions. If I wanted to play Ireland, how would it work? Would I have to write for all the different factions such as the native Gaelic lords, the Pale, and the earls of Kildare? Could I create my own faction bent on restoring the ancient, traditional religion of the land?

Well this is going by real life time so you would probably write as the gaelic lords who stilled controlled a majority of the island but if you wanted too you could play as the other denominations ( I am Irish btw).

Oh, okay. See I was thinking of creating a group of violent nationalists who would violently reject anything foreign- both government and religion included. They would be based in the Pale/the domains of the earls of Kildare and carry out guerrilla tactics as well as convince at least one of the Gaelic fiefdoms to return to the Celtic faith. Could that work? Oh wow, that's cool! And sorry for all the questions, I've never RP'd before.

Yes you could incorparate that in to the RP but i would still prefer if you RP'd as either the Gaelic lords or Kildare.

And just saying I'm Irish and from what I know about my history by 1400 every one was revrent Catholics.

Okay, cool, I was planning on making that a side faction that sort of influences from the shadows. I'm planning to RP for both sides. I'll probably pick one of the clans as soon as I can find out more about them and write for Kildare as well. And, I think you're right. Catholicism will definitely be the dominant faith, at least at the start of the RP, we'll see where it goes from there. Sound ok?
