Pls no. The Angevins are actually decently balanced out with the rest of Europe for their lack of colonies. Besides, they aren't even that big. To be "that big" they'd have what they do now + Burgundy. And we can't complain about a lack of nations. We've got 91 of them, lol.

I'm thinking the name should be "springtime of nations" simply because it sounds good and SoN is a good acronym.

Well Poland is going to be eaten away by Russia and Germany pretty quickly just for shits and giggles. It would take a lot to keep them afloat.

The HRE yes, Russia no. The HRE has claims on the Corridor, Russia has no CB against Poland though.

The nation in Quebec is an ex-Burgundian colony. Never got around to a name, but it would be a mix of Dutch and French in naming style. It has a few big cities in place of Quebec, Montreal and Halifax, with a decently large population. Not much else except that it won a war of independence against the Burgundians. Most of it's history is up to the player.

The Dual Kingdom would possibly be interested in an Anglo-French-Polish Alliance.
