Wouldn't declaring war on Belize cause all Commonwealth realms to be very annoyed?
Because sometimes even national leaders just want to hang out

Changes since magic was revealed: Egypt was fairly stable until the destruction of Cairo. Ever since, it has been a hotbed of rebellions and wars over control. The provisional government, headquartered in Alexandria, has made little attempts to take back the 'Wilderness Lands' from rebels, oppositional governments, and pirates. Instead, efforts to fortify loyal areas and keep the peace through heavy policing and martial law has become even more important. Parliament has been disbanded indefinitely, and the Acting President is, essentially, undisputed in federal areas. Attempts by the UN to assist the Egyptian government have been futile, and the official international stance is to 'wait it out'.
Several locations like the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx have either been heavily damaged due to the ongoing unrest, or outright destroyed.

Fuck yeah.

Changes since magic was revealed: Revelations about Heaven resulted in radical Israelis taking over; these radicals wanting to be 'closer to God' through emulating Heaven. They have sealed off their borders, increased their military, and have cut off ties with the rest of the world, in order to be considered pure. The government is radical, and so are the people. Those who disagree are killed, whether they be men, women, children, or in-between. I would go on, but saying "It's trying to emulate Heaven" should be evidence enough that Israel is fucked.

The man was a saint, really.
(also, I really wouldn't call the military coup in Egypt "liberal". Secular, maybe.)
Not necessarily- it may not be liberal by your standards, but it is by the standards of the Egyptians.

Bassem gives a good article.
Name: Kasha Dane
Age (Actual): 6 months
Age (Appears): 6 months
Race: Human, for all intents and purposes
Appearance (Picture or good description): Whatever the average baby looks like to you.
Powergrid/Powers:
INT: 1
STR: 1
DUR: 1
SPD: 1
FS: 1
Magic Levels:
•Level 10—Explosions:
Not exploding, per say, at least not in the sense that when the blast comes, all that is left of Kasha are little baby pieces. Instead, a strong (and I do mean strong) shockwave is emitted from her body. Nobody knows how this happens. Nobody knows when it'll happen. Just, when it does, you sure as hell don't want to be around it.
Weaknesses (Optional, but you could get more points if you do this): Since she is a baby, she can be killed by any conventional weapons or means. Because of her danger, she has a secluded room where she resides in her crib. The room's walls are coated in Niobium, which is, strangely, the only element seemingly immune to her shockwaves.
Personality: Jovial, prone to crying, has a habit of pooping diapers—normal baby stuff, of course.
History: Her early, early history isn't known, and her parents remain a mystery. Recently, she was dumped down the chimney of Elfen High unceremoniously by a stork. Or, it might has been a vulture. Nobody really got a good look at it.
Because of her risk, the newly christened Kasha Dane (the staff used a name generator due to being stumped initially) ended up in a secluded room for extra precaution, being tended to periodically by Crowley. It ended up being Crowley because him being Crowley, of course, made him the only remotely safe option for withstanding a blow of any kind from a...accident from Kasha.
