Taxes are exclusively economic affairs; I support the taxation, just not the fact that it was submitted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Err, sorry if I was unclear, but it's Senator OR Journalist. A Journalist cannot be a Senator, and vice versa.

The Libertarian Party now has a majority in the Senate, leading with 12.5 points over the Progressive and Conservative Party! The Libertarian Party is also leading the Government, but ties with the Progressive Party at 33.33% each.

Where are those journalists when you need them? :p

Also, could someone reply to me, the Admin (aka Matt) in the CAT -- CSR #1 thread?

As this is the first government, all positions will be accepted. However, when the next President is elected, he will choose his Cabinet: adding or removing ministerial positions.

What a very nice thing to say.. I'm speechless; I don't get these sort of remarks very often (at all, mind you :p).

15%, 20%, Shops in Airports... What's the exact bill you Senators are voting on?

20% profit tax from companies earning under 1 million starting 8 months from company founding
also this will only work if new companies are established? i know people will be discouraged (also part of my plan as people will not create a company for no reason or if they aren't industrious) but people that are industrious enough can build a company and get to the top of the ladder with few taxes once they do reach the top.
