Alright so the Premise of the RP is that the Legion lost the Second battle of Hoover Dam, and all the named characters in the Legion were killed, below is the Timeline for the pre-stuff:

2282: Legion loses second Battle of Hoover Dam, Leaders Killed, It slumps back to Arizona, launching a Surprise attack on Bullhead city forcing the NCR out, it will be one of its last victories.
2284: After a Pretorian Guard named Flavius Vespus Takes Control of the Legion, he is unable to keep up the Charisma "Cesar" had, revolutions begin, in New Mexico, and Colorado
2287: Legion abandons New Mexico and Colorado
2292: Revolutions begin in all of Arizona outside of Flagstaff
2297: Most of Arizona falls to the revolutionaries, as with the other states, Raiders initially take over, but tribes force them out and settle down, around Flagstaff, some tribes seek to finish off Legion
2347: The tribes Launch one last push and fail, however citizens are angry at Legion, and revolt Killing any who do not surrender, the idea of death before dishonor is not with this generation
2357: Raider reconquest, Raiders Launch a massive offensive to retake the lands they lost
2368: Tribes Take back most of their lands
2378: The year this RP takes place in, the Legion is gone, a distant memory for some, Tribes have formed in Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado, the tribes struggle to make a living or dominate their neighbors, what will the future hold?

NOTE 1: I will allow for some larger populations than in most post-apocalyptic RP's why, at this stage, the fallout probably mostly fellout, and populations will be growing again
NOTE 2: That said, keep your land area size smaller, this isn't oh I get a bunch of land to start off with, now, if you want Denver, you get just Denver, if you want Flagstaff you can get the town and its surrounding area
NOTE 3: The cities of Page, Nogales, Clovis, and Fort Collins are all Ruined and and for the time being Unsettalable, I will be putting those into the RP at a later time

Backstory of your tribe: After the defeat of Legion, A massive free for all took place in Phoenix, people attacking each other and forming gangs. One gang deciding on a new government, fled south to Tuscon, Defeating the raiders there and holding them off during the reconquest, they then, realizing their munitions stash would not be enough, sent out scouts to dismantle and bring back weapons from a military base far from their city, using their science skills to get past the robots, they came back with many things, including weapons, metal and parts of planes, learning from books and magazines, they rebuilt the planes and housed them and various airfields across their city, realizing they needed a place to store their munitions, they occupied a place called Kartchner Caverns, However Raiders were still a problem, and as such they conquered their base and the outskirts containing copper mines, their base was Sierra Vista, they now have established roads to get the copper to them, and were able to establish a currency, the nation is safe, as raiders do not wish to go near them after Sierra Vista, and the Nation Prospers.

Backstory of your tribe: After the defeat of the legion, the Great Khans joined with the followers, lead by the courier they travelled to Nellis. The boomers also then merged creating a new civilisation like tribe. They then travelled northeast towards the land they wishedto settle and colonise. Eventually finding Maroon Lake, which they called Paradise Lake and created two cities Woodbridge and Paradise City. Using a heck they made the lake much larger and creates a small island in the middle of it and founded Woodbridge. Paradise City is meanwhile guards the entrance to the Valley. They are now are prosperus.

I Have the app form, look at the thing I filled out for myself, take out my responses, and edit yours in, as for your second point, I was giving examples, if you choose to have all of a large city, fine, but that's all you start off with, but if you do a small one, I'll allow, the small city, another small one if nearby, and some surrounding area.

The dogs are raised and then used, some are used as hunting dogs while most are raised to be killed for there parts, anybody who does not put all dog parts to good use will get a trial and if the jury rules appropriate the perpetrator could get thrown off a skyscraper.

Meanwhile the sky scapers are being fixed up and made stable and some day will be turned into apartments.

You can still be in Eastern Arizona, if you want, you can be around Bisbee, which would be bordering my tribe, I happen to live in Arizona, so I know the area well, also, this area this RP is in, is not in the same area that New vegas was in, for the most part.
