It's a new day in the new Earth, all nations have been brought down to Human Calendar 2012-13 levels, or worse. Then today, In Sauritican, a world conference has been called as Sauritican has brought back one of it's former technological inventions, the first new Utahraptor-Class Spaceship. Sauritican has sent a letter to all the nations of New Earth:

Subject: A world conference has been called to talk about our futures
Fellow countries, I call a world conference to talk about getting ourselves to our former levels. The conference will be held in Irlicana, Utah. Attached is a map of the city, and of course your first class tickets on Sauritican Airlines, to Irlicana.

The story starts as the countries arrive at the conference hall, Sauritican is meeting everyone there

Bezutious sensed a trap door....

He had been floating around in his own mind for over two years now, and he was finally out...

The Real World

Somewhere, a rusty AKM became a brand new AK-103. A Colt Python transformed into a stainless steel Raging Judge.
A thousand black dots swarmed these two weapons, raising them off the ground. The dots formed a vague human shape, and then disappeared...revealing Bezutious, in all his glory.

[Sauritican]

Sauritican was by the Conference Hall, "I just can't wait for everyone to get here, I'm glad I let Mexico and Washington do catering, California for designing, and Utah for general planning. It's too bad about Edeamiel, hopefully she hasn't disappeared." Saur said a little sadly

[Benomia]

Bezutious finished his self-glorification, and began to wonder around.
Eventually a letter appeared in his mind, telling him to go to some strange courthouse in the middle of somewhere.

So that's exactly what he did.

[Kingsmouth]

Outside, a black hearse pulls up...

[Sauritican]

Sauritican walked up to the Hearse, "Is this Mort?" He says with a utahraptor smile

Mort opens the door, forcing an unpleasant smile.
"Indeed it is, comrade." he replies in his usual grim tone, "Were do I go?"

[Benomia]

Bezutious heard a familiar voice.
He dramatically turned around, and saw a giant horse.
He walked up to the horse, and it turned into a hearse.
He saw someone standing outside the horse/hearse, and asked "Hello? Did I happen to here a familiar voice that I cannot put a name or face to?"

[Kingsmouth]

Gilman turned to see Ben.
"Well, this is certainly an interesting turn of events."

[Sauritican]

"I don't know, you've been gone for around 2 years" Sauritican replied, his accent having more Russian in it, due to the Russian language and and accent becoming more popular

Hearing Ben's voice, "Ben is that you?" Saur said to him

A violent flashback occurred in Bezutious's mind.

A word-nay, a name-was spelled out to him: S-A-U-R

He spoke: "Saur?"

"Having some memory issues?"

[Sauritican]

"Yes Ben it's me, possibly the only person who's lever you've never messed with" saur said

At Mort's words, it all came back to him.

And a flood of memories came pouring into his brain. He looked down, and cocked his AK.

"Yeah," he said, and looked up again. "It's me."

He nodded at the horse/hearse, and walked towards the courthouse.

Mortimer murmered some ancient, alien obscenities, before following him in.

"Follow the signs to the conference room, Utah will give you your seats" saur said

[Benomia]

Bezutious didn't follow the signs, he just wondered around until he reached the conference room.

Utah sees Ben, "Ben is that you?" Utah said to Ben, In his mind, Utah thinks 'since Edmiel isn't gonna be here possibly, I'll give her seat to Ben'

"Yes. It's been quite some time, hasn't it, Utah? Over two years..."

A land at the center of trade in the world is also the center of change. All things that change technology need to be traded to other parts of the world. And this is always the way it has been, meaning that the Royal Imperium, too, changed. Some parts more than others. Centrally, a land of traditionalists. This was the most recognizable region. Proud, haughty, more than a bit arrogant. This was the region that was sent to represent their diverse lands at the conference called.

And he did arrive fashionably, with a contingent of Persian Cataphract body guards, atop of his sleek black Arabian steed.

He saw the others, the ones from before. Not to be trusted, not even the dinosaur, though he hadn't much interaction with that one. Threats to the empire, perhaps.

"So, another gathering of governments, surely for the 'betterment' of our world. Any gods knowing this could worsen the state of affairs, but, just the same."

[Kingsmouth]

Mort nodded at Lance, not even attempting pleasantries.

[Kingsmouth]

Gilman pulled back his sleeve slightly, and spoke into an unseen communications device.
"Roger. I need the crusader in orbit in a few minutes, understood?"

[Sauritican]

"Why yes" Utah's accent also has a bit of Russian in it, "Anyways, I'll bring you to your seat." Utah brings Ben to what was supposed to be Edemiel's seat. "Food will be brought in by Mexico and Washington later

At saur: "Why yes, Lance." He said a little irreproachably, public opinion of Lancearic has gone down

"A very wise man once said a bad peace is worse than war. We would all be wise to observe that statement before we begin here."

[Benomia]

"Thank you," Bez said, although there was no gratitude in his voice.

He took his seat, and placed his AK on his lap after holstering his Judge.
