It is funny though how the vigilante dormitories are doing better than the heroes...you'd think the heroes would be more determined, but apparently not

Ignoring the fact most of the RP characters I think are in the vigilante dormitories, and thinking on a logical sense of the whole school in general

Oh, it also doesn't help that both of my hero characters have absolutely useless powers when it comes to attacking things...

Well, United States Coast Guard has designated marksmen who are exceptionally well-trained because they are supposed to make shots from fast-moving, unstable platforms at other unstable and fast-moving vehicles which are separated by the air which can be moving at different speeds depending upon the weather, but that is talking about a far different kind of animal and what they usually do is just use an anti-materiel rifle to shoot-out the outboard motor to allow a pursuing vessel to board them.

And that is why I think the Coast Guard is awesome. Not only at they shaking and moving, their target is as well. They're basically expected to avoid using lethal force at all points in a very difficult environment.

This attack is kinda nice, because I'm using it as an actual excuse to develop Jodelle. So far, up until now, she hasn't really been used or developed all that much...Despite having existed for a little while now...

But eh, Andrew is even more neglected (My only boy character), so there's that.

Also, I think this is one of the longest periods of time there has been where I HAVEN'T used Cassie, with maybe exceptions with her staying behind at the school when Caitlin's out on a mission.

Phase 3(Shown in pic): Massive increase to all physical traits. Physical anomalies appear. Healing factor takes effect. Speech is all but impossible. Brain is reduced to simple animal instincts leading to outbursts of rage with only a basic memory of what not to attack.

Brief Bio: Alex was a quiet Texan high school student until the day he was kidnapped by drug cartel's mistaking him for someone else. They took him across the border. They were going to take a video of torturing him and send it in for a ransom. The video never left that room, and it was far different than what was expected. As they were about to start, Alex broke through his restraints and attacked his captors. They noticed he had grown larger and was easily overpowering their strongest members. They thought he was bested when they shot him. This only enraged him to his fullest. He became an enormous gray beast who rampaged throughout their compound. Nothing they had would harm the beast. He remained in the monstrous state and woke up in another city over 15 miles from where he was taken. When he awakened, he was famished, naked, and confused. All he was able to recall was getting kidnapped, about about to be tortured when he blacked out and had a nightmare that felt like he was living a power fantasy. Some offered to take him back to the states and he was returned home. Roughly 3 weeks later the vampires invaded and killed both of his parents. Enraged he transformed and butchered them for the entirety of the war. He didn't want to be human anymore, he wanted to remain in the beast where nothing could hurt him. He couldn't remember anything. He couldn't feel pain. But the transformation requires an immense amount of food in order for him to maintain it. Two days before he was to lose his home, he received a letter offering him the opportunity of a lifetime. A school for people like him.

I wasn't planning on adding him in until Despair is dealt with, or just do like what happened with Ross and just say he was sleeping or something.

As soon as Tyler had pushed the blackness out of the common room his thoughts turned to ways of killing it. Just as he was about to see what crushing it might do a black figure emerged from the roiling darkness out in the stairwell, a quite fearsome black creature. His attention turned to it and he was about to tear it to pieces when it spoke, and he recognized the voice as belonging to Sarah. The guards had immediately prepared to open fire on her as well but they stopped when they heard her voice. A moment later someone else burst into the room, some kid with wings who Tyler didn't know. He wanted to yell at them for being so stupid but he had more immediate concerns. His concentration had wavered for a moment and the sludge had started to force its way back inside, but he pushed back even harder.

A fell look crept onto his face, his eyes glazed over slightly and his entire body tensed up. He devoted all of his attention to trying to kill the dark presence, trying to crush it and tear it apart. He wanted it dead.

I just misread that massively and will need to ask for people to ignore that post for the next thirty minutes.

Pretty much. He pretty much exists to be the bully for our characters at some points. Though I'm still trying to attempt to make him have more substance than just "bully", because I've done just that in RP's before and the characters come out stupid. Which is why I haven't had him bullying people constantly. And trying to make him come up with more "clever" things to say than just really stupid things like with my previous bully characters.

He's been around for a while. As long as Kira. I just don't do much interactions with him, so he becomes even less memorable. I don't really know if I'll ever pull him off great, though. People verging more on villains (Even though he's a vigilante) I never seem to play right. I've got some practice dummies named "Bramwell" and "Sakura". Just be sure that Zhenya does not see it happening to Akira and Makoto both of the two and Andrew should be in the clear. Just walk up to them, say that something is on one of their shirts, and flick them in the nose when they look down.

Hell, he could take a turn for the cliquish in his bullying and read up on Stock Shoujo Bullying Tactics.
