I have no interest in West Africa, and although I would certainly be interested in Indian territories, I suggest we keep those areas open to new RPers, as we had to turn down quite a few.

EDIT: Also, regarding India, I had decided that India would be a place to colonize rather than have another player make it a world power. Later on it can revolt and become its own territory, but as of now, it will remain a place to be colonized.

Then yes, I would like to possess Indian territory, particularly the southern portion (this includes Ceylon). It'd be used as a massive trading port in the Indian ocean, as well as resupplying any and all ASU ships that passed on their way to the markets of the Far East.

Some very basic rail I suppose. Most nations would have either none, or very few connecting only major cities and not moving through difficult terrain ie mountains.

Well, I'd assume that Nova got there first is the only thing (as he would have had a resupplying area (Sinai)), so I can't just give you the best land lickity split, else it would be unfair.... what do you think of the foothold I gave you on that last map?

Eh, strategic vulnerability, but I'd set it up as a puppet state with sweeping freedoms, etc, etc, then promptly unleash it on Anhk's colonies.
