Well because everyone else is either at the Enclave base, scouting outside Kansas city or defending the station, the only person really left to send while maintaining a strong station is Sgt. Daniel Kirkman, an NCR trooper. He knows what the rangers want and need, so is able to fully discuss the matters.

I'm wondering if Cylarn should RP the OP's character to get our characters moving.

There is a bar, a fort looking over it, and anything you really want to add in there. There's a butcher's shop also. Think of a glorified Megaton, without the walls I guess.

History: The official start of the Kansas Black Hawks was when "Hawke" a former Enclave soldier came across the remains of an old pre war Black Hawk attack helicopter, having left the Enclave with his unit and managing to sneak off with the decent hardware provided by the Enclave they could repair the pre war beast and modify it with vertibird engines and controls to revive it, and with this the VertiHawk was born, with such as beast combining the ability of flight and heavy fire power, being equipped with side mounted missile launchers and a central minigun, the likes of which normal vertibirds lacked, the Kansas Black Hawks could easily assert sky domination and security, with this people came to the protection of the airfield they had secured and started to stockpile in, the community grew and many of the waste-landers that joined the new "settlement" were trained with either Enclave training regimes or old US training holotapes and so many of the settlers were trained in combat and they were numerous.

Blake was born into a family of junkies and thugs. Always gambling at the many casinos in New reno, his father never cared about him, and his mother died when he was six. Coincidentally, that was also the year he found his true calling. Fixing things. He was a true genius with repairs, and inventions. He also knew a few things about programming and hacking thanks to a few books he had read. He was neither strongest, nor fastest kid in New Reno, but he had the smarts to make his way to a comfortable life as the youngest, and possibly greatest, repairman in New Reno history.

He eventually found himself working for the chop shop, around the age of fourteen, stripping cars for parts, and selling the energy cells. He didn't stay in the job for long, before he quit due to the fact that they were destroying not building. SO he left his birth town for the first time with the first caravan that came through. He set himself as a guard there for a couple of years before he eventually quit, and stopped off in Shady Sands. He stuck around for a while, helping the military, and police with what little help he could offer for about six months before going out east. He had heard this New Vegas place was kinda alive. So he gathered what he could, and plopped himself on The Mojave's door step a year later, just in time to be around for the second battle of Hoover Dam.

He had been working as an engineer on the Dam to earn back the caps he had lost in New Vegas, when he had been assigned by the NCR as a "Civilian Assistant" to help fix an issue with the Monorail system. While he was at Camp McCarren, Hoover Dam was attacked by the Legion, and the Fiends attacked Camp McCarren in turn. He was lucky enough to survive the onslaught by the Fiends, and he wandered the desert for a while longer, before making his way farther east into Legion Territory.

He spent many years in Colorado, seeking the legendary Vault 0, but it proved a fruitless search. He was evetually forced to flee farther east after narrowly escaping enslavement, and made his way into Kansas City, and settled there. He has spent the majority of his time in Kansas seeking the bodies of fallen Brotherhood and Enclave men and reverse engineering the weapons and armor left on their corpses. He is currently living out of a small scrap metal house defended by two Sentry Bots and a Mister handy named Wilfred.
Notes: The only human contact Blake's had in months have been the corpses he loots, and his Robots (who aren't human, but he talks to them none the less), so he has become incredibly secluded. although, no one is really sorry, because he tends to be a rude, sarcastic ass-hat when he is around people. Also, he owns a Lil' Pip 3000.
