All of the applications so far are ok, except for the Imperial Canadian Duchy, you need to choose a proper weakness and you cannot exceed any limits unless they are your strength (like mine and Liechtenbourg's).
Btw I'll edit the roster and open the IC at around GMT 8:00pm-9:00pm today.
Oh, and the Senate's HQ is the Citadel from Mass Effect, I'll put it in the 1st post and add it as 1 of my roster's planets later

EDIT:
I just read over the applications, you can only use your strength to break 1 limit, so Armed Republic of Dutch coolness, I'm afraid you have to lower either your military size or your fleet size.

I wanted to create my own, but im having some difficulty getting it sorted out in my head, so it was easier to go with humans :p

Eh, that's 'cause psychics are silly. And sometimes lulzy overpowered.

Oh, well. I'm going with the whole my peeps don't believe in mental control or psychic ability so thus is null on them. Or, something along those lines. Maybe just have anti-psionic implants or the blank/pariah gene engineered into them.

Eh, any humans I'll immediately try to sign on a deal with, forming a human power bloc (Except for side-worshipping the necrons). Unless of course they support the Chancellor and his decadent, xenophilic republic. Then, they'll merely be exterminated like the rest.

Well my race isn't entirerly overpowered, it is between the Master of Orion psychics(were it take a reasonable force of destroyers to mind conrtol a small planet or a large fleet) and have the intellgence and other psychic powers of the Yith, either way, The Normadorains don't believe in fighting without beening attacked first or threated.
