Intro - Dawn of Civilization

The world has been given a new beginning. From the vast plains, dense forests, and dry deserts, man emerges. Many people have come together to form nations, great civilizations. Man learned to speak, to read and write, to plant and grow food, to build monstrous buildings, and discovering things not only about their habitat, but about themselves. They developed things like bronze into weapons and armor. It was soon discovered that in the new age, Man still did not get along well with others. Now, in 500 BC, mankind faces some of its biggest challenges ever. Some of the greatest nations ever created are strong and for the first time, they are beginning to meet. What will happen to this world? Will it become a place of knowledge and great nations, or fall into the darkness of plague and ignorance? Will mankind finally get along? Only you can say, for YOU make the decisions.

The Bronze Age has heated up. Many nations and tribes can utilize the technology, increasing the death rate all around the world. Most nations seem to like to use the Eagle approach, killing many in the name of their leaders. Blood soaks the land, rivers run red, and the people live in a constant state of fear. Can one ruler unite them all for peace, utilizing both the Dove and the Eagle?

History of Nation: Arabia was once a minor band of tribes, barely able to call themselves a nation. That changed when they began to conquer other tribes, individually. They gained enough power to actually challenge the ruling family of Yemen, and once they took that the others surely fell. Now Arabia has itself quite a bit of land with a nice content populace, it has been many years since that time so the people are used to the "new" government. Master of Culture, Sudain Burrock, established a school in Riyadh and over time it has become a great college, a center of culture for the area. The people are intelligent, and invention is on the air. With a firmly established government, what could this Arabian nation do?
Basic Summery of Current Situation: While Arabia does not have much for food supplies, what she lacks up for in Food, she makes up with Culture.

RP example: Sauron was hopeful. The Arabian and Hebrew armies had clashed and he was yet to hear a response. In the distance he could faintly hear shouting. A man burst into his chambers, clearly exhausted. He had been chased by the guards and they too busted into the chambers. "You two, get him some water!" shouted Sauron, anger in his voice. "Yes, my Sultan" they replied before rushing off. They were back momentarily with the water. They presented the water to the man and he drank it greedily. "Now, tell me the fate of the battle" Sauron demanded. "My Grand Sultan, we...we have WON!" the messenger shouted, with glee in his voice. "This means everything to the people!" shouted Sauron, who also had glee in his voice. "Prepare the Elephants, the Dancers, the Jugglers! We shall have the greatest of celebrations!" Sauron shouted, with a joyful voice.

The Dancers were the best of Arabia, with bodies women would fight for, and men would kill to play with. The Jugglers were also the best of Arabia, fearlessly juggling scimitars with a look of fire in their eyes. The Elephants were always a favorite of the people, as long as they stayed away from its feet. The Sultan himself was in the parade, on the lead Elephant. He was waving with joyful eyes and throwing out silver and gold to the people. The loved their leader, for he was fair, wise, young, generous, and handsome. All these qualities, in a young man who hadn't even gotten his first hairs yet. Yet they loved him like he was family, even though they did not know him personally.

After the celebration there were a great number of feasts all over the country, with food soaked in blood to commemorate the victory over the Hebrews. You were not forced to eat it, as Arabia had many cultures all in one. There were other foods, such as fish. The capital held the grandest of the feasts, with the people overeating. After the feast, Sauron began a speech. "My beloved people, we have won a great victory today. We have secured our safety and your safety. While we are are not going to take advantage and take, we will sue for peace. Mohammad would not want needless deaths, would he? Let this be great time for both of our peoples!" and with that, he sat back into his gold and ivory inlaid chair. He would have to write a letter to the Hebrews later, but for now he was at peace.

The Sassanid's short rule of the former empire was wrought by rebellions and civil wars, finally a coalition of rebels destroyed the empire, before these too fell apart due to infighting. New Rome was forged in these rebellions, which ended five years ago. They claimed a small amount of land near the Hellespont, but they have been steadily expanding their lands, until they have captured nearly all of Antolia.

But from the south-west of France came a much stronger, more aggresive nation, Catalonia. They easily conquered the puny armies of Aquitanius and combined thier territories with the newly claimed territories of Aquitanius. A few years later, they waged a bloody with the nation of Lequoris, who dominated the middle of the country. Eventually at the Battle of Lyon, they defeated the Lequoris and took over their territories, creating the Frankish states. Stretching from the Pyrenees mountains to the Channel coast, the Frankish people prime themselves on battle skills, building and exploration.

Basic Summery of Current Situation: The New King, Ferran Abaroa, the first fully Catalonian king, is trying to unite the three different peoples in his new country. He has to deal with Lequoris rebels to the east, pirate raiders to the north and west, and a tribe of herioc warriors who live deep in the Pyrenees mountains.
Basic Plans for RP: To united all of France, as well as expand into Spain, the Rhine area and perhaps to Britain.

Military Population :2240(.7%)[Being consisted of tribal clans, nearly the entire population is capable of combat, both male and female. However, there is a very small actual standing army, with a lot of the populace doing different forms of labor. The standing army mostly provides protection from wild animals, polices the villages and provides protection for the leaders of the clans and stand guard over prisoners. Those not on any official duty train clan members, join hunting teams or assist laborers in their duties]

History of Nation: The Clans of Albion are a predominantly Celtic group of people. The Clans in fact were once rivals of one another, waging unending wars and frequently pillaging one another. While these Celtic clans battled it out, other groups of Celts had begun migrating to new land. Finally, among of the clans, a powerful leader rose, Bryan Vercingetorix. His strategic skills and sly diplomacy led to a slow unification of the warring clans. From the original number of 32, only 15 clans remained at the end of unification. This period was known as "y gaeaf creulon" or "The Cruel Winter", because of the 17 clans that had been destroyed over the course of only a single winter season. Bryan, after bringing the remaining clan leaders together, declared a confederacy. He would be titled the Warchief, leader of the new confederacy and master of the all the chiefs. The first order he gave as Warchief was the construction of ships, which they would use to migrate along with other Celts. Once they had reached the new land, the Warchief declared every clan that they were forever part of the confederacy known as the Clans of Albion, named after the land they had migrated to, and told them to disperse among the new land and build their new homes. Every clan chief was given a certain degree of freedom in ruling his or her own clan. The 15 clans dispersed throughout the new land. The arrival of such a large group disturbed the other tribes that either came here before or were natives. Soon, a massive conflict raged throughout the Isle of Albion(Great Britain). The Clans of Albion, at first, were at a disadvantage at arriving later. However, the frequent warfare the clans had previously gave them considerable expertise in the arts of war. Combined with the leadership abilities of Warchief Bryan, the clans ended up dominating the entire southern area of Albion, pushing the other tribes north into the hills. The clans were now at peace but the Warchief knew that they would need to further expand if the clans were to survive and remain secure. A surprise attack on the tribes to the north decimated a major group of the tribes. No resistance was given, due to the brutality of the Clans of Albion. The men of the tribes that had surrendered were imprisoned as slaves, the women and children taken, and the elderly killed. Their numbers greatly boosted the size of the Clans of Albion and provided more laborers to improve the clans. The treatment of the prisoners and the people taken was hospitable as well, leading to the increase in loyalty to the clans and finally resulting in their joining of the clans, becoming official clan members. By the end of that year, the Clans of Albion had dominated all of the Isle and secured their settlement on the land.

Basic Summery of Current Situation: A slow increase in population, along with continuous migration to Albion by continental Celts, has begun to put a strain on the economy of the Clans. Warchief Bryan wishes to invade neighboring Ireland and meet with the leader of the land across the sea, in order to open up trade routes and allow easier access to the rest of the mainland. This access would allow the Warchief to expand his influence and lighten the increasing population on Albion by sending them as immigrants, on behalf of the Clans of Albion, to uninhabited land(or inhabited)

Basic Plans for RP: Take Ireland, Open communcations with the country that owns Western Gaul, prepare military wise and naval wise to send out immigrants to mainland Europe to dominate. Overall goal is to unify all Celtic groups under a single flag and leader, which would end up with the renaming of the entire confederacy.

History of Nation: The Clans of Albion(also known as the Island of Great Britain) had been around for hundreds of years, living their nomadic and isolated lives in peace. All this changed with the arrival of the Romans during the mid-1st century BC. Unlike the other Britons, the Clans of Albion had decided to keep as far away from the Romans as possible. This meant that many of the small groups of the clans would mix in with other tribes and groups in the areas, such as the Caledonians and Picts. When the Romans pulled out of the land of Britannia, the Clans had been almost assimilated by the other groups. One clan leader of the most power clan, the Vercingetorix, decided that it was time to bring back of Clans of Albion and waged a great war against all the other clans, banding them together one by one. Soon, the other tribes had been defeated and forced to join the great confederacy of the Clans of Albion, which was made up of 15 powerful clans.

Basic Summery of Current Situation:Warchief Brian Vercingetorix meets with the other clan chiefs to notify the change in the isolationist policy to an expansionist one. He ordered clans to prepare arms and increase training for future conflicts. Instructed the smartest people in the clan to "explore" long-distance sailing.

Basic Plans for RP: Expand into Ireland, secure Scotland(have some control over it yet resistance remains), learn sailing technology to cross the Channel to mainland Europe and Strengthen control over Britannia.
