Torii calmed down and stopped. She stayed next to Lidev, slightly embarrassed.

"Thanks......I'm still not giving up on this.....but thanks."

She stepped back and put her rifle back over her shoulder.

"Politics are useless to argue about Torii!" Kei shouted from her spot on the beach.

Yelisey watched the two embrace sadly and sighed, looking out at the water. It was not long after, however, when a hissing voice whispered into his ear, "you are a pathetic moron. You could have aided in a socialist revolution for the greater good, but no; you choose to mop on the docks like a whiney child." Yelisey swallowed thickly and turned his gaze toward the source of the sound, where he was met with two dark, inky violet eyes. Yevan looked nearly exactly like Yelisey, only more gaunt and sickly.

His clothes were in tatters and stained with blood, including the beloved violet-plaid scarf that Yelisey cherished so much. His hair was mussier, the bags under his eyes dark and bruise-like. His teeth were also sharper; almost canine in appearance. He was pale, like a corpse. However, this is only what Yelisey himself saw; to anyone who passed by, the only indication of another presence would be a cold, bone-chilling air that gave the impression of something frighteningly wrong.

Yelisey was quite taken aback, as Yevan had chosen to show himself to his host only a few times; and all of the occassions had not bode well for Yelisey or other around him.

"Unless that's how you make your living. But thank you, Torii. Just let him think what he wants and tell him that he needs to let you think and believe what you want. You are your own master. No one else is. Everything is just an influence, but you ultimately make the decisions." She told her.

The snow was thick outside. Ceril and a small boy left wet footprints in the lobby as they made their way downstairs. They carried groceries to his relocated apartment and put them away.

"Go, find something to do," he dispatched the child to the upstairs loft.

"Well yes, but when you're merely trying to convert someone? That's when it's not worth it." She commented, wrapping herself in her wings.

"Whatever.", Torii said as she started walking. She approached Yelisev again, still annoyed.

"So.....sorry, maybe we shouldn't talk about certain things....I believe we both just screwed up....so...."

"Who's that Uncle Ceril?" Asked Rachelle, bumbling over to him.

Yevan, invisible to Torii, reached out and pushed her shoulder in response. In reality, an ice-cold blast of wind had knocked Torii away, while Yelisey trembled in fear on the docks. He whimpered pathetically, on the verge of tears; his split persona scared him half to death, to be truthfull. "Please," he begged, staring at the vaccant space that was only occupied by what he could see. "Leave me alone."

To others, he had the look of a madman talking to himself.

"Well hello," I said, approaching slowly. "I don't believe I've seen you before..."

The two readouts changing back and forth intrigued me

"Widget!" he lifted the child high into the air and set her down again.

"That's Marcus. Do you want to play with him?"

Agatone walks down the beach drinking wine, he see's Yesiley talking to himself. And he watches Dora walk up to him.
"Her." He says to himself. "Something is different about her, a god perhaps?" He says as he walks.

Torii was scared to death when the ice blast knocked her back. She stood there, a surprised expression on her face as she stared at Yelisev.

"You're not really a normal human......are you?"

She slowly backed up.

Lidev glared at the young man. Her eyes glowed red, her pupils slit, and her sclera turned black. "It's time for you to leave." She growled. Her aura was burning around her as she stepped between Torii and him.

"Fuck, ice?" I purple-eyed and waved my hand over Torii, warming her up (and dissolving her clothes slightly on the molecular-bond level...heh). "No, he's not, I think..."

"A friend," Ceril smiled. "Marcus, come down here. Meet Rachelle."

The young boy came down the stairs. "H'lo," he said.

Cuisine made his rounds of the morning, checking his shellfish nets one last time before the move back to the apartment. He looked out to sea, and saw calm waves making their way into shore.

"Hello friend of Dora." Kei said, watching the waves roll by. She was still clothesless but seemed not to care, her wings made the perfect cover.

OOC - Hi United!

OOC: SUP, BRO? :D I have a small correction though: Yevan is purely a figment of Yelisey's imagination. He's not an actual entity at all, but a split persona of Yelisey himself. :D So there would be no switching of the readouts: Yevan is Yelisey (albeit an infinately more dangerous version) and Yelisey is Yevan, and he would have the same number over his head.

Yevan snorted in disgust and, within the blink of an eye, returned to the darkest recesses of Yelisey's mind, the cold breeze disappearing with him, much like a dog following his master. Yelisey shivered, and clutched at the fabric of his scarf, wringing it in his hands and feeling its comforting softness through numb skin. He wasn't used to Yevan asserting himself so forcefully, especially not on another individual.

"Widget, why don't you show him around the building? Teach him all the secrets and tell him the places to avoid?"

The boy's eyes looked to Ceril for reassurance. The man clapped his hand on the boy's shoulder. "Go. Widget will teach you."

"Alright!"

Rachelle quickly grabbed ahold of Marcus's hand and led him around the apartment, telling him things like how the closets were magical places to avoid and that Brocolli prevented Demons from laying eggs in your soul. She eventually finished the tour by showing him her room in the Garden Nomi had made for her.

Marcus followed her and bombarded her with questions about his environment. He stared out windows when he could.

"Do you really play in a park outside?"

Meanwhile, Ceril finished putting things away. He went to the bomb shelter and knocked on the door.

"I don't suppose we have," the chef acknowledged. "My name is Cuisine."

He pulled up another net and collected some more oysters.
