Slavic Infantry: Hard and tough warriors who are known for being fearsome opponents on the battlefield and rarely if ever retreat in combat
Cossack Cavalry: Men who do not wish to live under the Prince and so live on the outskirts of Slavic territory, but still have some loyalty to the Prince and will fight for him if called upon. (basically they do not like all his rules but will serve him in exchange for their autonomy and the safety he provides while they are in his borders)
Hashishin: some of these warriors moved to Kiev after being given refuge by the Prince and have agreed to train some of the young orphans in the Sultanate in exchange for the their sage haven and religious tolerance (historically the Hashishin were not Sunni)
Well, probably, maybe the other Europeans will just fuck you up for a bit like in the real crusades.
