President Papoulias stood in front of member's of the EU set to propose a bailout plan for Greece.

"Hello,everyone,its been a long night for me and I only got a few hours of sleep,so forgive me for any odd actions."He told the Members.k,

"Okay,Let's get to work,I'm here to propose a bailout plan for Greece,Okay,Look Greece is set for another default and if we dont get the plan approved we will default very soon,and a default could set off a chain reactions and more defaults of other unstable economies and quite possibly set off the crash of the Euro zone.Now,With this on-going crisis,that has been going on for FIVE years,it has affected the World Economy by a great amount,and surely was a factor in the U.S Debt crisis of 2011,Now my plan for Greece is to Increase taxes by 20% ,Cut Government spending by 35%,and then place new taxes on things such as land tax,a building tax,and a workers tax,the land tax is pretty much self explanatory,The building tax,that will be implemented with the approval of this plan,is for all people that are constructing a new building,and they must pay a tax until the building is complete,the workers tax is to workers that have been working for over 5 months in one buisness and pay a tax every 5 months they work there.And finally,Greece asks for a € 115 Billion Bailout,We do realize this is a lot of euros but we can't risk the crashing of the Euro zone,can we? Thank You ladies and gentleman." Papoulias then returned to his seat and waited for the EU's decision.

The Swedish delegate stood up.

"I support a bailout. We must support Greece before the whole Euro collapses. Think about it: economic collapses started both World Wars. Who's to say it won't start a third? And this is happening in other countries, too: Spain, Portugal, Germany... we need to act now."
