hey legital, good to see you found it too.
Curious and industrious, PMT sharks in an FT setting.
factbook is WiP. but a basic overview of our species is below:
population (remaining, estimated) 6000
State religion: not enforced but every member of the species follows the Cult of Pas Mathéma in some fashion.
Goverment type: Council of 5 heading a technocratic fuedalist society
Govermental sovereignty: protectorate of the 44th independant legion; large independant but ceding to them for interstellar politics and trade
Military power: on an FT schale next to nothing, since our total number of starships is for now 0.

Carch, friendly anthro blue shark. got any kalamari?

Name: Ibram Hess
Position: Inquisitor of the Ordo Hereticus
Basic Bio: Ibram is a Pariah psychic blank. When he was young, not many children stayed around him, and thus Ibram was mostly alone during his early life. When he was twelve, he was scooped up by an Inquisitor due to his previously unknown trait. Since he was young, he did not make much of what was happening until two years later when he fully understood what he was and who he was with. He learned to appreciate the Imperium much more than a regular child would, and proved to be promising candidate for the Inquisition, specifically the Ordo Hereticus. He served as an Acolyte under his Inquisitor, Amon Vexes, until he turned nineteen. A botched lead led to the death of Amon Vexes and his two other Acolytes. Since Ibram was the only one left, he inherited his masters position and finished the mission. Since no other Inquisitor objected to his new position, Ibram continued by himself.
Ibram stands at six foot two inches, and he has broad shoulders that fit his relatively skinny body. His cheeks are concave, which makes him seem almost like a skeleton with his build. He has pale white skin along with short, slicked back black hair, and sideburns.

Reason for joining: The RP? I love Warhammer 40K and this would be my first time RPing as an Inquisitor.

So we got Calixis and Jericho Reach as Canonical settings or a made up region of space. I kind of like the Jericho Reach idea personally.

Bekrin is a cathedral planet. Chaos could attack hoping for an artifact that my character can use to open a new warp gate and spill forth legions of chaos spawns, or something like that?

Are we going to close this soon? I can't imagine having too many people running around, and we even have a good amount of people running two characters.

So I like Saragrossa's idea of having his character on Bekrin (a Cathedral Planet) causing trouble and turning portions of the PDF into traitors. The PDF also would be weakened having fought off Tyranids from Hive Fleet Dagon and so Imperial Hierarchy and Power would be weakened. He will be in search of a Relic, the only Bekrin relic coming to mind unless we made one up would be the ,'Shard of Bekrin'. A power sword once wielded by a Blood Angel who fell in the defence of the planet and having certain anti-chaos properties. Of course if he gets it and uses it for corruption then he can ascend to Daemonhood (Shit hits the fan for Imperials unless we be packen heavy arsenal).

Now on the Imperial side do to the Imperiums presence in the sytem being all in turmoil and the PDF busy killing eachother this allows for small scale operations to be carried out by the Inquisitors and everyone else. Allowing us to weave our own stories into the larger RP as we each try to deal with the situation or complete our goals.

I personally think it allows more freedom for each RPer then as put in Saragrossa own words,"Fetch relic and hold chaos off."

I will close it too, there will also be one other person joining, should be Segmentia or Ard-Eldarten for the nations name.

Hey do Terminators count as a heavy arsenal?

oh and where do we detail our weapons outfit etc. to stop people bringing multiple guns out of midair?

Well if you are a Terminator equipted Space Marine then besides what you can carry in Terminator Armor you can have a private arsenal aboard a small ship or something you are using. Like my Inquisitor will be using a small stealth craft to get around and will have various weapons their in the arsenal, but he can only bring what he can carry like a Bolt Pistol, Chainsword and few grenades unless he packs a Lasgun strapped to his back. But thats kind of useless unless he's going to hunt Human heretics.

Sounds like a plan. Also would be cool to Rp with Segmentia again.

As for equipment, I can go ahead and say my character has a small Gun-cutter to travel around in?

hmm.. it'd make the most sense if the deathwatch character were on the inquisitor's ship, I'd say. not too sure where my... secondary would show up. maybe on a seperate ship to tend to the inquisitor's.

Yeah, it'd make sense if both our Deathwatch characters were with the Inquisitor.

Oh and in terms of equipment i was thinking of an Assault cannon and a Chainfist and possibly a Cyclone Missile Launcher (all three can be fitted to Terminator armour.
