Slow to reload, but the .2 kilogram slugs impact with 200 kilograms of force, from ranges of up to four miles, after which accuracy becomes a problem. Differing types of ammunition can be used, though they are more difficult to aim and fire effectively. He also fights effectively with a standard-issue combat knife, the Gerber LHR combat knife.
Bio: A former sniper in the army, he began having dreams of things from Beyond. He went to the APS for an explanation, and was employed quickly due to his skill with long-range weapons. He has a cold-hearted shell, but if you know him well he is quite a personable and nice man.

When the OIA started tracking her down in the mid-fifties, she fled Italy for France, then France for England, and finally England for America. The US was large enough that she could go unnoticed, for a while. To avoid being attacked, she did not join the Paranormal Society until well after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, in 1996. She has been training extensively since then.
