I know where I stand diplomatically, and I stand in a very nice position. If I keep away from The Soviets, the United States will most likely remove the trade embargo, and if I go back with the Soviets, they'll try to treat me better so I don't withdraw again, and if I choose to stand alone, I can always betray my African allies and put Benin, Congo, and Angola under Cuban-Nicaraguan rule easily, since they have no military supplies from the Soviets, while Cuba has a decent military and would be their only supplier. Either way, I win.

Haha lol nope the us won't stop it's embargo until you stop being communist.
Didn't you read the nato meeting....were after the total destruction of communism around the world.

If you choose not to stop the embargo, I either go back to the USSR, and get special attention, or I annex the weakend Benin, Congo, and Angola and make riches off of oil. Again, I win.

Nope, it was a term in the negotiations to end the Cuban Missile Crisis. If the United States invades it will be tried in court of international law for breaking treaties, and Cuba would be compensated greatly for damages, and well, I win! :lol2:

Yes, illegal acts of aggression are rather impossible to enforce in the court of international law. Doesn't the US still owe compensation to Cuba for the Bay of Pigs or something?

A tiny 2,000 man invasion of United States backed rebels is something that is brushed off to avoid war, an invasion of United States armed forces, attempting to seize control of the whole nation, without any legitimate reason, would be something that must be brought up in the UN and International Courts. Nations do not randomly invade other nations without a very good reason, not just because they're "communist". Plus, I am sure the Soviet Union would rather have a Communist Cuba that doesn't like them than a Capitalist Cuba that hates them, and, the invasion of Cuba would give the Soviets a reason to declare war on the United States.

True, but now that I think about it; I might have been thinking of Pinochet and Chile, and compensation for vicitims. I could be wrong though.

True, but that was aimed at Noreiga himself and his Panamanian forces, invading Cuba would be a more difficult action seeing as Castro basically knows he has no chance of escaping and indeed has no intention on leaving Cuban soil and ready to fight for every step.

Of course I'll have to decide if I want to focus on the military, or the public.

Yeah well with the current World Tension its not as simple as the U.S launching a invasion against me considering at any moment WW3 could erupt over any place in the World hopefully the U.S player is smart enough to realize that.
