Looking by stats and factbooks, it seems like a decent place to live. Probably yes.

The nation has 41% of old age which is 83. Drug usage is low, Cancer 26% but with are low death rate it isn't that bad.

Crime and mortality stats are a little concerning, but absolutely would live there nevertheless.
