Unless you're an Italian from the early 1900s, you're not really a futurist.

For a bunch of self-proclaimed avant-garde visionaries, these people sure have terrible grammar. And terrible websites, for that matter.

Ah good, we need some new people. Feel free to contribute here while we are in the discussion phase. When we get started though, you'll need to register.

Considering what this RP is right now playing as the Papacy might actually make the Senate part of this RP better.

Do we make the nation like a nation in North America?

Scandinavia required we all have knowledge of politics. The Papacy requires understanding and appreciation of Catholicism, which probably is lacking in this group.

If there is a NSG Senate, can a NSG Assembly exist?

The Senate is a name, not a description. We've had four nations, each has had a parliamentary system that we just called the Senate. It would be pointless to have a "NSG Assembly."

If this is to ever restart, people need to move past the infighting. I'm not sure what happened since I left, but it seems like the issue that people are upset over is relatively unimportant, from what I can gather.

ENGLAND

Brian Blessed -"It is the 24th of June 2016. England voted to leave the European Union but was prevented by those small minded blue faced ginger sheep shagging bastards across the borders!.......Middle England erupts in open revolt against the result ripping itself out of the EU and to the true independence it has craved for centuries. By 4pm a group of likely lads have got themselves appointed as her majesty's representatives and began the task of building this new Jerusalem."

On the screen is a scene of desolation running up the mall a scene repeated all over the city with dead and dying Europhiles littering London's streets and parks. Eu flags, reams of regulations, diktats and other such materials are burned around the city. David Cameron is spit roasted in front of number ten, apple in the mouth over a pile of propaganda leaflets worth £9 million.

Cue Dr Who music

Other scenes from around the country are shown as the music plays before the viewer is transported back to the heart of London.

As the music fades out the camera pans to the group of representatives sitting in the tranquil sweet smelling gardens of Buckingham Palace enjoying afternoon tea.

I'll just put the idea out there for a Greek-speaking island in the Mediterranean that's been swamped with refugees and has a big Orthodox population that clashes with Muslims and has a small Catholic population due to having been owned by Venice and Italy. Plus a good few Turks from Ottoman colonialism, resulting in this big mish-mash that isn't so simple as a North-South divide like Cyprus.

I like the idea. Though I recall you saying this kind of setting would be problematic last time.

There can be neoconservatives, nationalist/populists, communists, Christian democratic parties, even specific parties for the minorities. And some regular liberal folk plus socialists, as well. And within some of those parties will even be division over, say, refugees. The Communist Party or whatever may even split over it.

Considering we aren't going to be starting to have more in-depth discussions for at least a month, I'm not too concerned. Also hi. :D
