A act that aims to distribute corn to all citizens of Dagmar, and ensuring they always will have access to corn.

Section 1: Definitions.

Corn- A plant from North America that yields large grains (or kernels) in rows on a cob.
Distribution- The act of sharing something among a number of recipients.

Section 2: Standards for Growing Corn in Dagmar.

• Corn grown in Dagmar is to be watered with purified and clean water only.
  • "Purified water" is to be defined as water that has either been cleaned using a water purification tablet or cleaned in a treatment plant.

• After corn is harvested, it is to be inspected by hand. Any imperfect cobs of corn are to be disposed of.

Section 3: Regarding Imported Corn and Exportation.

1) All imported shipments of corn are to be inspected upon arrival in special buildings designated for the inspection of imported corn. All corn must be cleaned with purified water.
2) Corn grown in Dagmar cannot be exported. Breaching this law will result in a 30-day jail sentence at minimum, but will be extended if the situation asks for it.
3) Upon imported corn being cleaned, inspected and approved, they are to be shipped across Dagmar to major citys to be distributed.
4) To encourage the growing of corn, and to yield larger amounts of corn, Dagmar is to assign a certain amount of the yearly budget (at least 1% of the GDP or higher.) to efforts to expand the corn industry in Dagmar.

Section 4: Proper Distribution of Corn.

• Upon arrival of corn through foreign import, or the growth of corn and it's inspection, corn is to be shipped to every major Constituency, and distributed among the population in the Constituency.

• Corn will be provided based upon need for it, meaning areas with higher need receive more corn than areas with lower need.

Section 5: Regarding non-corn foods.

• All foods other than corn are allowed, but can only be possessed in a amount of 9 ounces or less per non-corn food item.
  • Bread, apples and cheese are the only exceptions to this rule.

Section 6: End.

• If this bill is passed, then it must be immediately be considered null and void.
