Indeed.

Also, what exactly is the background of the nation we are playing in?

Heres the history.

Also help guide in case you need it.

When you are ready to write up an entry for your Senator and town/constituency, head to the Yellow Pages.

Debate on bills and votes on this is held in the Chamber.

General RP and Daily life is held on this thread.

Propose bills and legislation here in the Coffee Shop.

When you're ready to put your constituency on the map, head to the map thread.

The Lobby is our OOC thread for random chatter and the like, we usually vote on things pertaining to the RP in here as well.

Our party's coalition also now has a thread.

If you need help with anything else, feel free to send a TG.

Damn, Lykens is on top of it.

By the way, a few guidelines: Your senator should either be a pagan or atheist, and your constituency should be in the northern part of the country (i.e. Varifriki, Dragay, or northern Austurmark).

Which reminds me: Anyone who wants to be an Asatruar should go join the Fellowship.

I'm in middle Austurmark. It's like I'm the one senator who was assign to go beyond the reaches of the RST realm, but just a tiny bit.

Eh. It's in the north of Austurmark, which is fine.

So, what else is going on, other than us debating the current bill and us preparing to get my bill passed.

It's a bit more complicated than that.

Once the GEA is passed, the corn bill goes to committee.

Okay then. By the way, Prussia told me he wanted to pass the corn bill just to spite New Zepuha.

New Zepuha? Wut. NZ's a vanguard here.

It's to spite Werp and TLT.

Whoops. Deleted your TG by accident and forgot the names.

What's your motivation in announcing that, anyway?

No reason.

For future reference, it's not the best of ideas to divulge information you were privately told by a party leader.

Off the coast of Norway in the Norwegian sea.

It's a generic Nordic country with large pagan elements.

I've updated the sig tags to look a bit better, more smooth and less cartoonish. If anyone cares.

Not to mention a fair amount of militant nationalist elements.

But yeah, kind of an isolated, nationalist, generic Nordic country with a high pagan population. We're currently... five? Seven? Several different nations at a unification convention. The northern countries (Varifrikia and Dragay) are firmly pagan, rural, and socialist.

I know little about Nordic culture, so I'm not sure what to do with my character...

Well, what do you mean?

Find a cool Nordic name. Make him from the northern, preferably working class. Give him a nice little backstory. Make him an Asatruar. Give him a specific Marxist ideology. Boom.

By the way, in the future maybe we could make a bill requiring the government to make a documentary on the pagans here and their history and air it on Fridays.
