She leaned in closely, as the old, dark being traced the lines on her hands.

The spirit craned its long neck to look at Dom.
Its whole body seemed enshrouded in a black cloak that only left its face uncovered, which was a spooky mask.

Some loud crashing and other odd noises can be heard coming from upstairs.

Upon further inspection, Ven can probably see that it's not actually a dead living person, but rather a dummy.

The dummy groans in response and attempts to stand up. Ven will find upstairs none other tan Sasha, who's busy fighting off some rather animate dummies. "That's mine! Could ya lend a hand?!" she replies, punching out a dummy.
