We don't have any updated weapons and vehicles, most of our vehicles are just WW2 tanks upgraded and our airforce only has B-59's,B-57's and upgraded Mustangs and Huey's given to us by the American army after the Vietnam war.

Heck we even got Cuban bulletproof vest when we participated in the Cuban war but we don't use it and our terrorist are buying guns(no seriously, check the Global and economics)

We have long ceased usage of ICBM's due to their horrible obsoleteness, especially at our tech levels.

If we really wanted to cause such destruction, we'd just hurl an asteroid or something at it instead.
