There are two scenarios:
1. Deciding and disagreement on world building aspects considered fun by most people.
2. Deciding and disagreement on world building aspects is not considered fun by most people.
If 1 is true, then people will stick through and actively participate in world building process so we can start developing a country before shooting blindfolded. If 2 is true then forcing people to participate in world building will not cause activity, so we take one of the nations already developed over past several months.

Are you being sarcastic? The notion that Bahrain, Burma and Sudan are wonderful theocracies which are better than the "police state hellholes" of UK and Israel seem to absurd, and flawed in its argumentation, to be serious, but I don't see the emoticons.

Brit's got a point. Even in Baltonia, activity skyrocketed once two-thirds of the police force and all law was obliterated.

Now, blank-slaters: before I change my vote,
  • On the blank slate's win, do we immediately move into IC?
  • Are we having a real blank slate, or is it being limited by "no laws, but pretend there are until we pass laws?"

2. Same as Aurentina, but try not to have the Senate bombed by al-Qaeda again for the first week or so...

Actually, no on number 1. We have to have a few votes on structure and administration first.

Are we really going to have no laws? I think we should have a blank slate but some continuation from the former regime should remain to maintain some sense of law and order.

I think that if a blank slate is the choice that is voted on, this is what I would support as well, just so that we aren't milling around in the dark.

And then he changed his party's entire look and platform without telling any members to make into what was essentially a single-issue umlaut party. It was called the Aurentine National Front or something but everyone called it the National Umlaut Commission. He quit shortly afterwards.
