FURTHER noting the increased numbers of flags made available through Tiago Silva's actions,

COMMENDS The Philosophic Dominion of Tiago Silva for its actions.

Because, as far as I know, the Terran Technate's proposal breaches Rule 4 by saying "JPEG" and "PNG".

Because this is a WA proposal. Though I thought I put in other words than "World Assembly" when I first typed it up. Must be tired.

I actually posted about it in the secret mod forum a few minutes ago, and unless another mod disagrees with my assessment & wants to discuss it, then it should be deleted soon.

1. You cannot commend or condemn a moderator for moderating (or an admin for administrating). If you want to commend any of the mods for their actions as a moderator, you can start a thread in Moderation and put up with all the jokes. If you think you've got reason to condemn any of the mods for their actions as a moderator, submit a Getting Help Request.

It's the moderator's job to do all that stuff; it's considered within their responsibilities as a moderator. With players all they sign up for is following the rules - when one of them goes beyond that and contributes this much to the game a Commendation makes a certain amount of sense.

No, that was discussion of another proposal, which got deleted from the queue for this clause:

SEEING The Philosophic Dominion of Tiago Silva's as the nation who "bravely volunteered to recast them all from blocky JPEGs to silky PNGs",

That was then corrected, re-submitted & passed.

So, my question is whether Mahaj is debating a point relevant to Maltropia's proposal (which makes no reference to either JPEGs or PNGs), or a point relevant to a separate proposal of his.
