Condemn Stujenske

Description: The Security Council:

Acknowledging Stujenske as the delegate of the People's Republic of Lazarus;

Noting the progress and prosperity Lazarus has enjoyed under the leadership of Chairman Stujenske, Funkadelia, and Feux;

Shocked, however, that Funkadelia was ejected and banned from Lazarus following public decries of the changing of the flag and the illegal removal of two sections from the region's constitution by Chairman Stujenske two days ago;

Further shocked that the true colors of Chairman Stujenske were revealed when, one day later, the People's Republic of Lazarus was dissolved after the abolishment of the constitution under the flag of the New Pacific Order of The Pacific, itself ruled by a despotic regime. Furthermore, Chairman Stujenske and Feux then proceeded to remove two members of the People's Congress, Gulliver and Toronina, from office following objection;

Horrified that the well-established government of Lazarus was overthrown in such a brutal manner;

Disgusted that the dictatorial government of The Pacific has been supporting the uprising of Chairman Stujenske against the democratically elected leadership of Lazarus;

Observing the efforts of Funkadelia to restore the rightful government of Lazarus following this sudden purge through the Lazarene Underground State, along with prominent dissenting Lazarenes including, but not limited to, Ainin, Gulliver, Horse, Toronina, ChurchOfSatan, and Cameron M. Romefeller;

Urging all members of the World Assembly to recognize the Lazarene Underground State as the rightful government of Lazarus in face of a coup d'etat by Chairman Stujenske, Feux, and the New Pacific Order;

Applauding the actions of influential regions, including, but not limited to, The North Pacific, Wintreath, Renegade Islands Alliance, Spiritus, Taijitu, and Osiris, to sever ties with Lazarus in face of the coup d'etat;

Wishing to bring an end to the tyrannical regime of Chairman Stujenske in Lazarus;

Hereby Condemns Stujenske.

Repeal "Commend Krulltopia"

Argument: The Security Council,

Recognizing Krulltopia as the current delegate of The Pacific as well as Emperor of The New Pacific Order (NPO) for nearly six torturous years,

Noting that regions have a right to sovereignty, regardless of the prevailing international opinion,

Disclosing the horrible coup in Lazarus which has seen the displacement of hordes of native nations, and the complete eradication of The Peoples Republic of Lazarus orchestrated by Krulltopia, Feux, and A mean old man,

Shocked Krulltopia was commended for playing a crucial part to halt a takeover of Balder which has now inexplicably began to fly a bastardized flag of the New Pacific Order and claims to be allied with both the NPO and New Lazarus Order (NLO),

Believing the actions taken by Krulltopia and the NPO fly firmly in the face of the Security Council's mission of "Spreading interregional peace and goodwill, via force if necessary",

Laughing uncontrollably at the author's accolade of Krulltopia stating "Further noting that, over the course of those three plus years, Krulltopia has worked tirelessly and meticulously with only the aid of a few, very close allies to maintain the flawless security and stability of The Pacific, while promoting the safety of the other Pacific regions" while surreptitiously infiltrating and corrupting the governments of Balder and, more recently Lazarus to bring them directly under NPO control, and inconceivably at the same time allowing The Pacific to sink into stagnation and obscurity,

Firmly believing a commendation authored by known cohorts of Krulltopia specifically Feux, and A Mean Old Man should be taken with extreme suspicion,

Deeming Krulltopia’s actions in Balder and Lazarus, as well as allowing their own region to stagnate to be an affront to the ideologies of regional sovereignty, self-preservation and not fitting of a nation which the World Assembly has bestowed the ultimate honor,

Hereby repeals Security Council resolution #111 "Commend Krulltopia".

Argument: The Security Council:

Recalling that A mean old man previously served as a Senator of the New Pacific Order, the ruling regime of The Pacific, has recently been reinstated to the Senate, and maintained significant influence within the regime even during retirement;

Acknowledging with outrage the coup d'etat recently perpetrated against Lazarus by the rogue Delegate Stujenske on behalf of the New Pacific Order, annexing Lazarus as part of the Order and establishing the New Lazarene Order as the region's rogue regime, announced and rationalised by A mean old man on behalf of the New Pacific Order and the New Lazarene Order;

Recognising that A mean old man, which is not a native nation of Lazarus, has been illegitimately declared the Emperor of the New Lazarene Order, despite no democratic election taking place, and with the support of foreign invading forces;

Noting the admission by A mean old man, in the statement announcing the New Lazarene Order, that its involvement in The East Pacific was guided by the ideology and interests of the New Pacific Order, which calls into question its involvement in other such regions as well as its attempts to establish the Modern Pacific Alliance, cited by SC#75 as commendable behaviour;

Observing that in light of recent events, assertions made by SC#75 that A mean old man should be commended as a "champion of justice and order in the world" are now far from the truth, as the nation has championed injustice in Lazarus and discord between the New Pacific Order and allies and friends of Lazarus;

Asserting that the acts of aggression taken by the New Pacific Order against Lazarus, acts in which A mean old man is complicit and has attempted to rationalise with deceptive and manipulative propaganda, render a nation or region unworthy of commendation by this Security Council and call into question the motives behind many of A mean old man's alleged positive interregional contributions;

Hereby Repeals SC#75: Commend A mean old man.

Condemn the Pacific

Recognizing that the New Pacific Order (NPO), the regime that has ruled The Pacific for more than a decade, was founded by Francos Spain in 2003 after seizing the Delegacy of The Pacific from Thedoc with the support of invading forces, and has imposed dictatorship and tyranny on the native population of The Pacific ever since,

Rebuking the NPO for its oppressive political nature, which has included institution of a ludicrously low limit on the free exchange of support between World Assembly nations throughout NPO history, and the severe suppression of any form of dissenting speech which calls into question the actions or legitimacy of the NPO, fostering a brutal police state in which the native population has no say in the affairs of their own region,

Noting that the NPO has carried out cruel campaigns of subversion, invasion, and subjugation against other prominent regions, including fellow Pacific regions, in relentless pursuit of wholesale imperialism and cultural destruction against the communities of these regions,

Recalling the strong support of the NPO for consecutive coups d'etat led by UPS Rail and Great Bight in 2004 against the legitimate government of The North Pacific, preying upon the inactivity of much beloved former Delegate Magicality in order to bring The North Pacific under NPO hegemony,

Observing that former NPO Senators Gasponia and Karpathos supported the 2013 coup d'etat led by Milograd against the Coalition of The South Pacific, the region's democratic, legitimate government, in favor of a brutal dictatorial regime that displaced thousands of native nations from the region,

Acknowledging the brutal subjugation of Lazarus, which has seen the lawless overthrow of the People's Republic of Lazarus and the displacement of hordes of native nations in a coup d'etat executed by rogue Delegate Stujenske but orchestrated by NPO Emperor Krulltopia, Regent Feux, and former Senators A mean old man and Milograd, utilizing support from mercenary invaders attracted to support the coup with extravagant promises of power and influence,

Asserting that the actions of the NPO against the native population of The Pacific and the communities of other regions constitute an affront to regional sovereignty, self-determination, and democratic governance, and to the interregional peace and goodwill that this institution is charged with upholding,

Urging the native nations of The Pacific to demand reform from the NPO, to bring an end to its domestic tyranny and foreign imperialism, so that one day The Pacific may reconcile with the interregional community and this condemnation will no longer be necessary,

Hereby condemns The Pacific.

Cognizant of the many honorable deeds of the nation of Sciongrad,

Appluading the fact that Sciongrad, also through the nation of Connopolis, has authored sixteen General Assembly resolutions including:

-GAR #242, Biological Warfare Convention, which prevented the distribution and use of biological weapons,

-GAR #255, Rights of Neutral States, which had defined and established the rights of nations that had been unintentionally involved in a conflict,

Also appauding that through Connopolis, two Security Council resolutions were passed that include:

-SCR #70, Commend Glen-Rhodes, which commended a nation that had authored seven important General Assembly resolutions that include: GAR #52 Food Welfare Act, and GAR #130 Elections and Assistance Act,

-SCR #77, Condemn Milograd, which effectively condemned Milograd, a nation infamous for its coup d’état against the South Pacific,

Noting that most of the legislation that has been written by Sciongrad involves repealing previous legislation,

Affirming that this is evidence of Sciongrad's goal to make a World Assembly unhindered by unnecessary bureaucracy,

Admiring that Sciongrad has shown to be a mentor to other nations by their actions which include, but are not limited to:

-The critique and feedback during the drafting processes of numerous World Assembly resolutions through their representative, Natalia Santos,

-Having served in the leadership of the International Democratic Union in a number of key positions such as delegate and vice delegate, multiple times,

Believing that these actions are proof enough that many nations, new or old, can look up to Sciongrad,

Affirming that such an eloquent author, and role model should find recognition through this assembly,

Argument: The Security Council:

Observing that the contributions to the interregional community cited by SC#78: Commend Unibot II as justification for commendation of Unibot II are far more complex than SC#78 would lead the world to believe;

Noting that, contrary to the claims of SC#78, the leadership of Unibot II among nations and regions that defend vulnerable regions from invasion has proven extremely divisive, often resulting in needless disunity among such nations and regions, to the detriment of defender strategy and organization;

Asserting that Unibot II's leadership of the United Defenders League (UDL) was plagued with scandal, as the UDL often strayed far from the defender ideal of regional sovereignty under Unibot II's direction, committing a number of unjustifiable subversive actions against several prominent regions;

Recalling that the UDL fell into complete disarray from which it has never fully recovered in the aftermath of one such subversive incident, an espionage scandal in The North Pacific which met with widespread interregional condemnation, demonstrating the severity of Unibot II's poor leadership of the organization and the nation's complete disregard for the sovereignty of regions that do not conform to its extreme worldview;

Objecting to the credit extended to Unibot II by SC#78 for so-called "scholarly works," noting that the works produced by Unibot II have often demonstrated ignorance and oversimplification of interregional history, resulting in propagandized conclusions based on the ideologically radical worldview and agenda of Unibot II rather than scholarly research focused on empirical data;

Chastising Unibot II for its reckless abandonment of Eastern Islands of Dharma, which SC#78 credits Unibot II for founding, abandonment which led to the destructive invasion and occupation of the region, closure of regional borders to immigration, the abrupt cessation of regional activity, and ultimately to the reduction of the regional population to one inactive nation;

Repudiating the disreputable behavior of Unibot II as contrary to the principles and aims of this Security Council, and firmly asserting that a nation of such ill repute -- which, as a result of its own reprehensible behavior, has been annihilated and no longer even exists -- should not be rewarded by this Security Council with commendation:

Noting that ideological forces which had declared a "war on communism" invaded CAPS and removed all legitimate native electors in the region;

Observing that these occupying ideological forces have since placed restrictions barring entry to CAPS by its legitimate native electors;

Observing further that these occupying ideological forces have severed all connections between CAPS and the regions participating in its planned program of interregional cooperation;

Taking into consideration that diplomatic attempts by legitimate native electors to return CAPS to native control were rebuffed by its invaders;

Recognizing that the legitimate native electors to CAPS have a right to support a liberation of the region from these occupying forces;

Emphasizing that earnest diplomacy was employed to attempt to gain right of return by the former native members of CAPS who were rebuffed by these ideological crusaders;

Concerned that regions under active discussion by the World Assembly can be destroyed without further recourse;

Admiring the efforts Flemingovia made to assist The East Pacific in organizing their resistance movement while the region was under the control of a coup d’etat by Lady Phedre in 2008,

Applauding the diplomatic and peaceful way that the Travelling Region conducts its affairs, often asking native nations for permission for nations from the Travelling Region to go into the region that is visited, along with offering nations refreshments and cookies,

Noting that during Christmas time, Travelling Region spreads Christmas joy throughout regions, and makes routine stops at regions such as North Pole, The Kingdom of Burgundy, as well as many other regions,

Impressed with Travelling Region having traveled through regions alphabetically starting with ‘Z’ and ending with ‘0’ a total of three times, and making numerous pit stops at regions along the way, and having conversations with the natives in the regions at which the nations of Travelling Region made their stops,

Convinced that by travelling to other regions, Travelling Region causes an increase of activity in the regions that get visited by Travelling Region, thus causing interest within the region,

Remembering that during Travelling Region’s most active period, the nations representing the region would visit several regions per day,

Recalling that most of the nations in Travelling Region have been travelling to other regions before the existence of the region, which means that most of the nations that travel to other regions and converse with the nations of those regions have done so for more than 8 years, and with very few complaints from the natives of the regions they have visited during Travelling Region’s existence as a region,

Remarking on the way that natives of visited regions welcome visitors from Travelling Region with open arms and good will,

Condemn DEN

Recognizing that the region known as DEN has committed numerous atrocities throughout Nationstates, and will not quit raiding for the foreseeable future

Noting that these attacks or raids on other regions are not illegal, but have been and should be heavily criticized by many nations on Nationstates. The strategy of raiding defaces a region and leaves a barren region that destroys unique cultures and communities that exist on Nationstates

Appaled that DEN has conducted numerous raids on regions including:

• The invasion and occupation of Catholic in the 2012, leading to the Security Resolution to Liberate the region.
  
• The occupation of Japan
  
• The invasion of the region of Christmas.
  
• The invasion of California
  
• The most recent invasion of St Abbaddon

Further Noting that the modern day DEN was the creation formed from the occupation of The Atheist Empire, later on attracting many former Black Riders, where they continue to deploy and use the same strategies and tactics that condemned the Black Riders

Shocked that these actions haven't deemed DEN worthy of a condemnation, even though the atrocities they have done to many regions on Nationstates.

Believing that these actions are an aspect of Nationstates that should not be condoned, but rather discouraged. Feeling as though these actions are worthy of international scrutiny

Acknowledging Vandoosa as the founder of the Glorious Nations of Iwaku.

Noting that when it was created, Vandoosa worked tirelessly to recruit and welcome new members into the region, thus bringing it up into the top 30 largest regions of NationStates.

Shocked however, when such a promising nation showed its true colors, and turned to destroying the regions of others, through invasion and slaughter.

Further shocked at the way the young nation readily joined prominent and infamous raiding organisations, in order to help them ruin and ravage the regions of others.

Observing Vandoosa's steep climb through the ranks of the current 2 largest and most active raider organisations - Cimmeria (now The Black Riders) and DEN, in the latter of which it is currently the second highest ranking NCO.

Realizing that the high efficiency of Cimmeria and disgustingly large numbers of tags made by this organisation , could have been avoided without the presence of Vandoosa, who has grown to be the right hand of, and second in command to Cora, the current leader of Cimmeria.

Also realizing, that Vandoosa was once a Captain in The Black Riders, condemned by SC#127. It was while working with TBR, that Vandoosa obtained the current NS point record of 80 delegates ousted from their rightful seat in one update. Since then, Vandoosa has helped to reinstate the organisation and is a TBR Colonel.

Appalled that since becoming a raider Vandoosa has forcefully wrenched delegacy from the rightful rulers of in well over five hundred regions, and has helped others to do so in thousands more. Vandoosa has also participated in five major DEN operations, including the most recent one in the peaceful region of St Abbaddon. There, Vandoosa spearheaded both the major and minor update operations, leading up to the capture of the region by DEN.

Further appalled at Vandoosa's readiness to raid even regions associated with its home region of Iwaku, including the neutral region of Alternate History World, where Vandoosa remains as the current WA Delegate to this point. These actions have also resulted in the severing of any ties with Iwaku, by many disapproving regions, which has greatly influenced the region's inhabitants' ability to interact with the greater political scope of NS.

Horrified at the brutal slaughter of the region of Territory of Finland, in which Vandoosa played a key part, at the time, working with The Greater German Reich which was condemned by SC Resolution #56.

Disgusted that Vandoosa often ridicules the native residents of invaded regions region, flooding the RMB with spam and themed pictures, which reflect badly on those citizens of The Glorious Nations of Iwaku, which are unaware of their founders evildoings.

Concerned that since Vandoosa's degradation, the innocent region of Glorious Nations of Iwaku has begun to fall apart, due to the founder’s lack of attention to the region and its issues, moving down to outside the top 40 largest regions of NationStates.

Understanding the importance of educating those who may seek to join The Glorious Nations of Iwaku in the future, as to the region founder’s true colors.

Wishing that those who may later seek to join the region, will think twice before doing so, having seen the condemned founder, and not wishing to affiliate themselves with such a nation.

Further considering new regional officers to cause greater dangers to a native community such as this one,

Insisting a delay to act until a password is implemented could mean the opportunity to act in time has passed,

Appreciating these few remaining relics for the valuable reminders they contain about the origins of NationStates,

Remembering St Abbaddon was originally inhabited by people who came to NationStates from other domains in the first few months,

Argument: The Security Council,

Noting the acts of aggression committed by the DEN war machine against innocent regions and recognizing it as a threat,

Recalling that raider groups have been using the name DEN since ancient times, and that many incarnations of the region have existed,

Recognizing that the current incarnation of DEN was spawned in the wake of the destruction of The Black Riders, but remained a separate entity from The Black Riders, having different leadership, attracting many new raiders who had never been members of the previously mentioned group, and employing different, less mechanical strategies,

Disappointed that SC #187 falls for the common misconception that the two raider groups are one and the same, when they are in fact quite different from one another,

Shocked that SC # 187 insinuates that DEN “destroys unique cultures and communities” throughout NationStates, yet fails to provide even a single example of a refound to support this claim,

Reminded that DEN has not refounded a native region by force since its revival, excluding the raider region Power Is Rising, which negates the second clause completely as none of the listed raids caused regional destruction on any scale,

Skeptical regarding the statement that DEN conducted “The invasion of the region of Christmas” considering the fact that there is no evidence that DEN has ever led an occupation of said region. The only recorded DEN involvement in any occupation of Christmas was the reinforcement of a 2012 raid conducted by Asgard. SC #187 makes it out as if DEN invaded the region, when in reality, DEN was one of four raider groups who merely reinforced a fifth group’s invasion,

Confused as to why DEN’s raid of Paradoxia goes completely unmentioned throughout SC# 187, despite being one of the modern DEN’s earliest and most controversial raids,

Appalled by the simply atrocious number of spelling, grammar, and syntax errors throughout the proposal, including:

• The use of “appaled” instead of “appalled” in the third clause,
  
• The inconsistent use of punctuation marks throughout the proposal,
  
• The statement that the invasion of Catholic occurred in “the 2012”,
  
• The multiple uses of the phrase “on Nationstates” in clauses two and five, which Sedgistan, a member of the Secretariat, has described as being “grammatically incorrect”,
  
• And the horrific half thought, “even though the atrocities they have done to many regions on Nationstates” in the sixth clause,

Asserting that the language used throughout SC #187 is not fit to be used in a book report, let alone in an international law,

Exasperated by the concept that there were raiding “strategies and tactics that condemned the Black Riders”, when it is a well known fact that it was the Security Council that condemned The Black Riders,

Realizing that the condemnation has been publicly dismissed by many Security Council veterans as being poorly written and hastily submitted,

Remembering that the condemnation of DEN is not a time sensitive issue, and should be done with at least enough care as to not make basic spelling and grammar mistakes, as well as to avoid major factual errors,

Concluding that Security Council Resolution #187 “Condemn DEN” is not fit for use by this esteemed body,

Hereby Repeals SC #187: Condemn DEN.

Commend Separatist Peoples

Recognizing the General Assembly's often self-deluded agenda of furthering international peace and prosperity, and failing goal of furthering international diplomacy;

Dedicated in its Violet-given right to see the worthiest of nations that have dedicated so much, yet asked for so little in return, forever enshrined in the permanent records of this esteemed council;

Convinced beyond any shadow of doubt that Separatist Peoples has made an explosive impact on the international community, via groundbreaking legislative efforts that not only have saved more lives than could possibly be calculated, but also have quite effectively legislated on the subject of international armed conflict to the point where any sane, reasonable nation can now wage all wars, from full scale conflagrations to teensy brushfire counterinsurgencies, and be sure that not one innocent life will be harmed;

Thus disclosing a small sample of the Separatists’ numerous legislative efforts, which have been deeply buried under the quagmire of unimaginable corruption and deceit known to many delegations as "the Festering Snakepit":

1. Rules of Surrender, which guarantees belligerents who have been defeated in armed conflict the right to surrender and not have their people shot on the spot by the victorious nation as a show of ultimate superiority;
   
   
2. Protected Status in Wartime, which not only enshrines that nations cannot dress up soldiers as medical personnel whilst subtly giving them weapons to rain mayhem on unsuspecting enemies gawking at wounded soldiers they just turned into Swiss cheese, but forever guarantees that soldiers whilst engaging in armed conflict shall be forced to wear the actual uniform of their armed forces, no matter how tacky or uncomfortable it may be;
   
   
3. Explosive Remnants of War, which codifies the ceaseless swarms of gnomes springing forth from the ever-expanding labyrinth of WA bureaucracies and sacrificing themselves by traversing minefields left by warring parties to ensure that nations are doing all they can to clean up the landmines they dropped all over the place, thus ensuring nations of the World Assembly they themselves will never be overrun with an overabundance of gnomes, as the Secretariat has yet to figure out how to plug up the spawning pool which keeps pumping them out.

Praising the antics of the one and only Ambassador Benjamin Bell, a wise man who can hear profit in the wind, a man consecrated as the Patron Saint of Bad Decisions by the clientele at the World Assembly Strangers’ Bar, earning the affection and respect of stripper commandos, sword-wielding maniacs, and lunatics that frequent the joint with bombs strapped to their chests and threaten to blow up the Security Council;

Further entertained by the efforts of Ambassador Bell, with the assistance of talking cars, milquetoast ferrets, violent pacifists, ogre bounty hunters, potted plants, and a very peculiar trash-eating, underwear-sniffing goat, in uncovering and neutralizing an international weapons smuggling operation, culminating in the capture of the perpetrators at the World Assembly Headquarters;

Thus believing without Ambassador Bell, forever immortalized by a stained glass window added during renovations after the infamous methanol incident, many lives would be lost and many drinks in the Strangers’ Bar would be left undrunk;

Hereby commends the great nation of Separatist Peoples.

RECALLING Kknight's 16 month career as Chief of the General Staff of The Black Riders, a region previously condemned by the esteemed Security Council for popularizing a form of raiding known as "tagging" and for executing heinous invasions, occupations, and/or refounds on innocent regions and communities including Ixnay, Anarchy, Planet X, The Silver Isles, The Mountains to the East, and Atheist Empire;

RECOGNIZING Kknight's contribution to the proliferation of "tag-raiding" as it is today, including record-breaking update raids, such as Operation Cancer Slayer, which have been forever immortalized in the Codex Incursus to be seen as a source of "inspiration" and propaganda for later generations of raiders;

Recognizing that The Arab League has an active population of nations native to the region and a native World Assembly Delegate, Hatay, that these nations have selected to lead their region;

Observing that The Arab League was recently invaded by Nazi Europa and that Hatay has been replaced by an invader Delegate that has suppressed regional self-determination and forcibly closed embassies with other regions that were chosen by the native population;

Noting that The Arab League has been a proudly anti-fascist region, maintaining an embassy with Antifa, and that invading forces have acknowledged the region's anti-fascist history to rationalize their unjust invasion;

Recalling that Nazi Europa has a history of permanently conquering regions they invade by barring free entry through the use of impenetrable border control measures, and that the invader Delegate has initiated embassy construction between The Arab League and other regions Nazi Europa has conquered in this manner, indicating that they intend to permanently conquer The Arab League; and

Asserting that the regions and nations of the world should do everything in their power to see The Arab League liberated from Nazi Europa's invading forces, and should act to ensure that The Arab League cannot be easily conquered through the imposition of border control measures the invader Delegate is likely to use in the near future;
