Security Council Resolution #4 "Liberate Belgium" shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The Security Council,

Noting that SC Resolution #4 was passed over eight years ago, giving it enough time to become invalid.

Further Noting, that Belgium now has an active WA delegate, that will protect it from invasions if necessary.

Acknowledging, that the region has made some huge allies, shadowing it from the threat of invasion.

Believing, that the region's delegate may want to password the region in the future to protect it from invasions, so the world assembly would not have to liberate it again.

Asserting, that the delegate could have a security system similar to Hell's so they could still allow new nations to enter.

Hereby Repeals WASC Resolution #4, "Liberate Belgium."

AFAIK Belgium prefers to keep their liberation. They are a recurring target for many invader orgs.
