This resolution would condemn the region New Warsaw Pact. This region should be condemned because it denies its people the three inalienable rights in this game, Freedom of speech, Civil rights, and Representation for themselves. It is for these reasons why the New Warsaw Pact should be condemned.

DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE ATTEMPTING A RESOLUTION

Yes, we know why you think the New Warsaw Pact should be Condemned; and yes, we know that the New Warsaw Pact is today's featured region. There is, however, the big question: Can you take your raw input (i.e. the OP) and put it into a draft proposal which complies with the rules whilst expanding on these points, giving examples, stating other Condemnable things about the region, etc?

The First one was flawed but should happen. This actually had SOME credibility.
