This isn't really needed, nor is it true? Eternal Scholars was already liberated by the Security Council.

This isn't needed either, unless you're trying to Liberate Eternal Scholars? If so, condemning The Invaders will not do that.

I really wouldn't recommend doing this, as raiders incline to wear a condemnation badge as a feat or achievement. Although if you really want to go through with this, good luck and wait for NSA and Kaboom to come by and double check it.

First off, condemning a region based on one operation isn't really grounds for a condemnation.

Secondly, don't submit this. The Invaders want to be condemned - half of the stuff at quorum over the past month or so was submitted themselves, be it condemning themselves or liberating their own holdings.

It's legal, but I would not submit it. Adamantly opposed.

Your proposal is a good start. However, you lack the support to back your claims on why the Invaders should be condemned.

You have great reasons as to why to condemn these people. They prey upon those who were cast aside by their other regions to use as pawns. I think you should reconsider continuing this proposal. I'd gladly help you modify this to seem more persuasive.
