[DRAFT/]Repeal "Liberate Eternal Scholars"

Postby Noahs Second Country » Sat Nov 05, 2016 4:51 pm

The Security Council,
Recognizing that Nazi Europa did indeed invade Eternal Scholars,

Emphasizing that the border control measures once implemented by Nazi Europa no longer exist,

Highlighting the fact that Nazi Europa has completely withdrawn from this region, and that natives in Eternal Scholars have retaken the region,

Further noting that Nazi Europa and other invader regions' attention has been shifted to other regions,

Affirming that after Liberation, invader forces quickly retreated from the region,

Taking into consideration that native approval has occurred,

Hereby Repeals SC Resolution #203 "Liberate Eternal Scholars"

It's not a draft because you've already submitted it.

Do you have support from the residents of the region for the repeal or are you just on a badge hunt?

And its been pulled, so there must have been something illegal in it that I missed.

Those last two clauses could be combined into one, as they are directly related to each other.
Further noting that Nazi Europa and other invader regions' attention has shifted to other regions, and ignore Eternal Scholars,

Changed the wording a bit.
Also showing that after Liberation, invader forces quickly retreated from the region,

"Showing" isn't really doing it for me, and I would give a suggestion to change it to, but since this clause is essentially a repeat of clause 3 and I already suggested you combine clauses 3 and 4, I would also suggest combining this one in with those ones as well. Additionally, SC actions (Condemning, Commending, Liberating and Repealing) should all be capitalized, especially Liberating, as the SC version of Liberating and the gameplay version of liberating have very different meanings. The capitalization is the way people understand which version of the word you're using.

Then let them post here so we don't have to rely on your word only for it.

I, Altos, one of the sole active members of the region of Eternal Scholars, grant permission for the proposed resolution to advance, and support the measure in full. Further debate and changes to the text, inasmuch as it keeps the meaning of the bill intact and does not detract from the proposed measure, should be completely acceptable.

I'll resubmit later I guess.
