[IN DRAFTING PHASE] Commend the UACN

Hey guys! I've had a little practice with the General Assembly, but have never dove into the SC in great detail. Can someone help me with building proposal to commend the UACN for overcoming countless raids, even one from the Black Hawks, numerous political coups, and rising victorious in spite of all this to become a safe, secure, beacon of hope.

I fail to see any major contributions to NS courtesy of the UACN, even if it looks to be a very durable region. Then again, please do draft a proposal, I'd love to see it.

^This. Regions like NationStates and Hell have withstood years and years of being founderless. Even my home region of Capitalist Paradise went several years without a founder (who has since returned), so that argument is a bit of a non-starter.

From a cursory glance this region doesn't look particularly notable. I've certainly never heard of it. But then again I don't read lists of regions that have been raided so

The only noteworthy thing I can remember about it is that it's founder had a reputation of either submitting rubbish SC proposals, or having rubbish SC proposals submitted against him. In the Illegal proposals thread alone he is directly mentioned in 6 illegal proposals. I think as long as people here still remember how annoying that was, the UACN has no chance of ever being commended.

Not to mention the "hostile" takeover of the UACN. Remember the Condemn Sanders Centre draft? I don't think the UACN should be commended right now.

I was more on about the regime itself. I would've expected its members to give up. Maybe very durable isn't the right word, but it is at least fairly durable a regime. Even though now it seems to have become a dictatorship.
