[PROPOSAL] Liberate Slavia

Description: The World Assembly.
Acknowledging that Slavia has been previously liberated from the hands of raiders;
Observing that the region of Slavia has been in the hands of a raider of an unknown allegiance, Lagertha, since 2014 or earlier;
Believing that the Security Council agrees that the behaviour Lagertha is displaying, seizing a region and leaving it to rot for years, is inhumane;
Understanding that the natives have been shifting from region to region, "homeless", not to replicate the feeling of safety and comfort that they achieved in Slavia;
Hoping that Slavia will become the major, vibrant and active region it was previously, also noting that it was significant in the community;
Hereby liberates Slavia.

I would like to start off by stating the short version of why this won't work out: Liberations only strike down Delegate imposed passwords, not founder imposed. As long as a nation is the founder of a region, they can do whatever they want with it, including putting a password on it. Even if the SC were to Liberate the region, it would not have any affect.

How? IC a region is just land. You can't be inhumane to land.

As I said above, there is nothing that can be done about that. The SC has no powers against founders.
