Acknowledging the recent large growth in the number of natives in Dank Memes relative to its former population and the beginnings of a thriving regional community;

Observing the takeover and occupation of Dank Memes by HYDRA Command after a number of extremely careless mishaps conducted by former native WA Delegate La Navasse;

Believing that Dank Memes is under imminent danger of a refound as a trophy region due to the many regions already refounded as trophies by HYDRA Command and the efforts of the occupying force to empty the region of its native nations;

Understanding that negotiations made for the interest of the natives by former native WA Delegate La Navasse to return the region to native power have failed due to the extremely careless mishaps mentioned above;

Hoping that the native nations of Dank Memes can regain control of their region through the intervention of the Security Council;

Hereby Liberates Dank Memes.

The other comments are indeed true, but if you call a growth of a region's members from 4 to around 77 nations, including at most 20 puppet nations, with a net growth of 53 or more nations not a recent large growth in the number of natives in a region, than what do you call a large growth?

To make things clearer, however, I shall add to the Acknowledgement phrase "the recent large growth in the number of natives in Dank Memes relative to its former population".

TGW already stated that they will not help Dank Memes, meaning that even if the region is liberated, Hydra will still be able to refound the region with little resistance.

Too much. All anyone wants is basically to have the region back through any means, really. This occupation has been long enough, and we think it needs to be ended. Most natives are also mad at me for the "extremely careless mishaps" I've made, so that SC Liberation may have been expected of me...

In short, the general consensus is yes. I welcome any other Dank Memes native to speak below. And for those who know my puppets - you know them. I won't post with them.
