The second time I asked I was much more specific, so this is the last time I will ask, why does Kronomia deserve a Commendation? One of his regionmates assuring me that he is a "great leader" is not enough to convince anyone that this proposal has merit. In what ways is he a good leader? Can you name a specific instance where he showed exceptional leadership skills? Is he a defender? A roleplayer? Does he participate in WA debates?

The commendation for Kronomia is in mention of his overall work. I´ll use the circumstance we´re facing (The Black Hawks invaded an ally. We´re looking forward to liberation soon) to give this a little thrust.

He is a good leader in many ways. First of all, yes he is a defender. He formed the Blue Liberation Army a while back (of which I am a part), which is composed of several military squads who liberate regions that are being attacked and taken over. I don'I don't know of any other military organizations whose sole purpose is to liberate regions being overrun by raiders and invaders. I may be wrong and there may be others, but as far as I know, we are the sole military aspect of ORCA. I personally have been part of one of these operations. Is he a roleplayer? Absolutely. We have all kinds of roleplay going on in our region, including cool events organized by him such as one coming up very soon, called Expo Libertas. He steps in to kinda be a DM of sorts when things get out of hand in international violent roleplay in the region, and after an incident where godmodding was rampant as well as nukes going left right and center as if that's normal, he formed a brand new position in the regional government in order to keep an eye on such things and to give approvals, making sure everything is legit roleplay. I don't know of any other region that has a map which is regularly updated, either, though correct me if I'm wrong. He facilitates roleplay constantly by allowing all WA members of Libertas a spot on the map, as well as allowing us to roleplay taking over unclaimed territory (usually inhabited by indigenous peoples) and even gives us the possibility to attack other nations in the region and attempt to take their land. Luckily, we all get along pretty well and nobody has been attacking each other. In fact, many of our nations have banded together recently to fight against (NPC) terrorists who are wreaking havoc in many parts of the region.

NSA picked up most of the R4 violations, but Roleplay is an illegal term under the SC rules.

There is very little substance to this proposal. I doubt very much Kronomia is one of the most important Delegates in the WA and for him being a great defender, well lets see something to back that statement up.
