Recognizing Defender Z as a Liberator that restores regions raided by Hydra Command to their state before they were raided.

Observing That Defender Z works tirelessly to help regions raided by Hydra Command and has done so for months, and is currently helping re stabilize the region of Singapore which has been recently attacked,

Grateful For Defender Z's actions of immediately leaves regions after they have been liberated, not trying to influence or change them in any way.

Praising Defender Z For specificity restoring World Factbook Entry's that were changed by Hydra Command to their previous state, and clearing the regional governments of all positions seized by the Hydra Raiders.

Understanding That Defender Z has helped natives of raided regions recover and his actions benefit those attacked by Hydra.

Officially Praises Defender Z for his resolve to liberate and help regions that have been attacked, and officially recognizes Defender Z with a commendation from the World Assembly.

I don't see how detagging regions is commendable work. Are we going to be giving out Commends to every low level defender on NS from now on in?

Not just detagging, he has removed raider embassies and restored the previous ones, re set wfe and flag to the previous ones, and ejected raiders if their where any, and has been doing it for months.

A poorly written attempt at a proposal. You've basically stated the same thing four different ways and you're missing a clear "Commends" clause e.g. "Hereby commends unknown de-tagging nation".

This is as textbook as definitions get, honestly.

On mobile, so I can't post my full critique yet (I have quite a bit to say) but just in case I'm not in time to say this before the OP submits it, I would like to point out that there are at least two R4b violations in the final two clauses (in addition to the R3 violation BBD pointed out).

Defender Z is not typically a Liberator: more often than not they are just a detagger. Frankly, there are many more well deserving defenders out there.

"Works tirelessly" apparently means detagging 1 region per update, and not even each update.

I think you mean "specifically"? And again, there are dozens of other defenders who do the same thing, but on a bigger scale.

One detag per update is not enough...

If he's not someone's puppet, he should probably do more detags himself to even be noted on the list of people worthy of being worthy of a commendation. But I see where you are going here, he's detagged almost every update that I've been on and that shows dedication.
