Security council condemnation not working?

when i try to submit a condemnation resolution it says i haven't filled every field, when i obviously have.
Anyone else having this problem? if so does anyone have a fix?

Not to be that guy, but are you sure you filled in every field? I mean, to us it isn't obvious that you have. All we know is that the site says you haven't.
