I have rewritten the proposal although the GHR is now ignoring something that I think is a major issue. Here is the proposal please make me aware of any regulations that I have missed.

There MUST be action against the cruel JAshevania for the following reasons:

1. The founder and WA delegate, The Dominion of Jashe, is unjust and no democracy exists. Gochland was once part of this joyous region until, this ruler declared that The Dominion of Jashe must be voted for in the upcoming WA vote and all must endorse it. Those who did not endorse, were unfairly ejected. To ensure the WA delegate position, The Dominion of Jashe set up a number of puppet nations to vote for The Dominion of Jashe , preventing any form of democracy that may have existed.

2. After half the region was ejected, a new region, Hedgerows, was set up by the now region less nations. Here a democracy is run but often one of the aforementioned puppet nations has be sent to Hedgerows in an attempt to destroy the region.

3. In retaliation, as a peaceful nation, the members of Hedgerows set up their own puppet nations to go back to Jashevania and beg that the main nations may be allowed to return. Sadly, these were all kicked, some of which never even managed to comment and ask to return.

4. The Dominion of Jashe uses its unlawful power to abuse nations in its region. One nation has also been given power over embassies simply to be named Jew. Not only is this offensive, no embassies may be set up as The Dominion of Jashe rejects all offers and cancels any embassy building. Gochland has messaged the GHR about this but was met with rude, sarcastic replies and now no reply at all.

5. As much as current nations try to revolt to stop the cruel Dominion of Jashe and 'The Land of Jazz' (they are the two nations that unfairly eject nations for no apparent reason), any action against the ruling of JAshevania is met with an ejection and frequently a ban.

You need some more clarity in describing what has happened. Even if you achieve that it is highly unlikely that you will get any support for this proposal.

1. This is not a matter for the World Assembly.
2. The Founder of a region may use their power however they want without breaking site rules. Same goes for the WA delegate and even Regional Officers. This is explicitly said at the end of section 2.2 of the FAQ. If you've got a problem with a founder, tough luck. They have to actually be breaking site rules for mods to intervene, and abuse of regional power by a player is not a breach of site rules. If you have an issue with a delegate or RO...well, as the FAQ says, you'll have to topple them from power.
3. Finally, regional invasion is completely legal. The raiding/defending game here on NS is here to stay by order of the site owner. The mods have heard every argument imaginable, so don't try protesting this.

I suggest avoiding formatting the proposal as a list. If you take a look at some previous resolutions, you should get an idea of how it should be formatted. Converting it won't be too hard.

I felt that this clause worked better split into two.

To ensure the WA delegate position, The Dominion of Jashe set up a number of puppet nations to vote for The Dominion of Jashe, preventing any form of democracy that may have existed.

I would change this from saying that democracy has been taken away to claiming that it has been replaced by a "mockery of the democratic process" or something along those lines.

Sadly these they were all kicked, some of which never even managed to comment and ask to return met with hostilities and ejected from the region.

4. The Dominion of Jashe uses its unlawful power to abuse nations in its region. One nation has also been given power over embassies simply to be named Jew. Not only is this offensive, no embassies may be set up as The Dominion of Jashe rejects all offers and cancels any embassy building. Pretty much this entire clause can be left out. If you choose to include it, the red text is an R4c violation, and an R2c violation.

5. As much as current nations try to revolt to stop the cruel Dominion of Jashe and their ally, The Land of Jazz (they are the two nations that unfairly eject nations for no apparent reason), any action against the ruling of JAshevania is met with an ejection and frequently a ban.

It still has an R3 violation due to a lack of an operative clause. To correct this, you pretty much have to just add:

The World Assembly Security Council hereby condemns JAshevania.

At the end. Although, truth be told this would work better as a condemnation of The Dominion of Jashe than as a condemnation of his region.

I don't even see anything abusive about this region's actions, let alone material for condemnation. In addition to that, the proposal is not well-written and as it stands, does not even have an operative clause.
