"Haven" not "heaven". NationStates should be capitalized. Also, there shouldn't be spaces before punctuation marks like periods and commas. Also, there should be a period at the end. This clause should probably be broken up into two.

That period is unnecessary. "Organized" not "orgaized". There is also the question of why having an endorsement limit is a commendable attribute. Plenty of regions have them, and they are limitations of democracy (not to say they are bad, but they aren't good).

Same thing with this period. "Their" not "there". R4c violation is in red. There should be a period after needs. Also, could you clarify on what you're talking about?

Still no need for a period. Also, this sentence makes no sense. "The hard working leaders" should be changed to "the hard work of The South Pacific's leaders..." Upheld is one word.

Assembly. Hereby is one word. "Its" not "it's". "Serving" not "severing", there should also be an "as" after it. Also, is the plan to commend them for being a Feeder region? Because they had no say in that. This would be commending them for doing their job, which is completely unnecessary. There are other attributes that could be focused on.

Those are just spelling and syntax corrections, don't get me started on grammar.

Badly spelt, no real reason for commending TSP except for the fact they're a Feeder. Like your previous three efforts, which were removed from the SC queue, it's pretty awful.

Tips: use a spell check for starters. Do some research on the region/nation you want to commend. What makes them stand out, what actions have they taken that makes them commendable. Read previous commendations that have passed to get an idea on the level of detail required.

While the SC regulars will give help we are not here to do the spade work for you.

You clearly do not understand the point of the Security Council. There are 4 actions that the SC can take: commending, condemning, liberating, and repealing. This falls under the Commending catagory. The point of it is to internationally recognize the individual or region for their achievements, something that can't be done via telegram.
