New Proposal: Commend Nullarni

I have recently written a proposal for the Security Council titled "Commend Nullarni". For those unaware, the great nation of Nullarni founded one of the world's largest regions, "NEW WARSAW PACT." Nullarni also wrote a comprehensive guide on the many resource sites of NationStates, including NS++ which is used by many nations. He has also placed high on many World Census reports. Please check out this resolution and show your support if you agree. Thanks.

Unfortunately Wallenburg is correct, the mentioning of "NationStates" makes it invalid.

"NationStates" is legal, unfortunately. The references to external sites and NS++ are not.

I suppose that would actually make it a 4(a) violation.

Oh dang. Looks like I'll have to revise it. I was wondering if I would have to change it for that anyways, though I don't know how else to phrase it.

You should file a GHR to have it removed.

I would suggest adding your proposal, in a box, to the OP of this thread as a start.

Your present proposal lacks any meat, there is nothing commend worthy there. Many nations have placed high on census lists, so what?

You'll need to find a lot more stuff about the nominated nation for it to get even close to being a decent proposal.

Yeah I realized this a bit after I posted. I was rushing the completion of the proposal anyways and sonce it will probably get taken down eventually, I'll do an overall revision then.

Alright here's a new draft that kind of edits some things. I was aiming at solving the rule violations, not a complete revision, so if you guys could tell me how I should elaborate on the "resources of NationStates" thing, that would be great.

APPRECIATING the comprehensive guide they have written on the various resources of NationStates, many of which are actively used by nations today, and so that the nations who don't use these tools have easy access to these resources.

IMPRESSED by the amount of times they have placed on World Census reports in high places.

This is just a personal preference of mine, but you could link to the nation and the region using the [nation][/nation] and [region][/region] tags.

APPRECIATING the comprehensive guide they have written on the various resources of NationStates, many of which are actively used by nations today, and so that the nations who don't use these tools have easy access to these resources.

Could you OOC explain what they've done, it would help me help you.

My puppet Nohbdy has the top 1% of the world for WA endorsements badge, and is not in the WA. World Census Reports mean almost nothing.

2: In the actual proposal,I have the nation and region tags.
3: There is a really helpful dispatch he wrote with tons of reads and upvotes on all the useful NS Resource Sites, including but not limited to NS++. This is very convinient for a lot of people, especially new nations. I'm especially wondering how to be more clear on what I mean with this one.
4: So I'm guessing I should just remove that part?

Good point. Whatever though. Might as well put it up anyways. You never know. Also it's better than some of the really poorly written stuff out there. Well thanks for the feedback. I'll make sure to keep it in mind for any other proposals I write.
