Please tell me which ones? I'm willing to change parts to make it legal.

If you actually READ THE RULES you would be able to figure that out for yourself. I mean, is it really that hard? You found the forum, and the rules are stickies right there at the top. Just read them for Christ's sake, and the world will be a better place.

You must refer to nations as nations, not as the player behind them. This includes the use of pronouns such as "he" or "she" as opposed to "they".

You have one of them after ALSO.

Don't use proposals to raise issues that should be dealt with elsewhere, such as rules violations and technical suggestions.

I think renders your NOTICING statement illegal, as it pertains to rule violations (Vancouvia approving illegal proposals).

I'm wrong, as Vancouvia himself puts it:

Repeals should address the contents of the resolution they're repealing, and not by just stating the reverse of the arguments given in the resolution.

I think invalidate your FURTHER statement, as, although Vancouvia might or might not ramble about a WA elite (Honestly, idk, as I said, I'm kinda new around here.), got nothing to do with his commendation.

That being said, with a little bit of word trickery, and stating things differently, you could turn this into a condemnation instead, which I think would be more appropriate (eg.: counter the commendation with a condemnation while it's still a proposal).

Most of the nonsense that has sprung up in the SC recently has been proposed by GAers, or newbies in general. GAers tend not to spend too much time in the SC, what with the Gameplay takeover of the chamber and all.
