I like the concept, and with entirely different wording I believe it could be passed. However, in it's current state...I don't think it'd reach quorum. But perhaps condemnation is overkill, we don't have a means for simply censuring nations, perhaps that would be more deserved. Now you did mention Bitley...that nation is certainly more deserving of condemnation.

Fortunately, Bitely was ejected from the World Assembly. Unfortunately, that nation has been operating through Tab1of2's WA offices. The Wallenburgian delegation will be giving Tab1of2 one more chance to pull its shit together and actually contribute before we consider this condemnation again.
