Recognizing Frustrated Franciscans harsh suppression of political freedoms in the name of "God".

Angered by Frustrated Franciscans lack of support for basic humans rights, such as freedom of expression and freedom of religion.

Observing the high corruption levels within Frustrated Franciscans.

Curious as to how this despicable nation has gone unnoticed by the Security Council for so long.

Hoping that Frustrated Franciscans can change their behavior.
Hereby Condemns Frustrated Franciscans.

Can you provide examples of the above beyond nation stats and issue answers? Condemning a nation for being a psychotic dictatorship is a bit of a waste of time. You might as well condemn half my auto-generated puppets.

Well let's look at some of the basic human rights.
1. Freedom of Religion. FF has a strictly Catholic population, most other religions are banned.
2. Freedom of Expression. FF has a only heterosexual population, all other sexual orientations are outlawed.
2a. Freedom of Opinion. FF does not tolerate non-christian opinions.

OoC: Well, "this one" has a prominence in global politics. This one isn't some newbie nation or "character" (OMGTKK, DEN nations, my puppets) this one actually believes what it's doing is right. Unless serial killers regularly come on this site and make nations, I highly doubt any of the uber corrupt nations would seriously implement their policies in real life.

We're not condemning them for their beliefs. We're condemning them for ignorance of basic human rights. One of the first GAR's was set of laws relating to human rights.

The General Assembly, however, is not the Security Council. Commendations/condemnations are based on Out of Character events. What you pick on issues and the like has little, if anything, to do with this Council.

Well Frustrated Franciscans is a fairly large nation, having been around for so long they might have done enough to warrant a Condemning.

You need to more focus on that they've done rather than what they may believe. Also may take a look at other passed resolutions give you a better idea for resolution format.

UNR #26 is no longer a valid resolution. (The fact that it's marked as a "Historical" resolution ought to have tipped you off.)

If you want to accuse him of violating international law, you're going to have to be more specific as to what he is actually doing to violate it. I have not known this player to roleplay much as a defiant nation.

Also I would take strong issue with FF's "lacking sympathy for human life." What have they done to possibly make you think that? If they participated in a genocide or were responsible for mass-killings or and such, then yeah, I could definitely see that; but simply holding conservative values is not enough to convince me they are unsympathetic, and in fact strikes me as rather prejudicial.
