Even more so as he's submitted it again.

Vancouvia, when this one fails to make quorum, just drop it. Even if it were to make quorum, I think many people here would vote Nay just on the basis of how many times you've submitted it in a row.

I was going to take a one day respite out of respect for the fallen heroes of Vancouvia (tomorrow is Fallen Vancouvian Heroes Day), but we cannot take this sly threat lightly. We will take it heavily.

Exactly how many times has it been now?

Nine or ten, I've lost count.

Ninth, I believe.

I'm an auto-Nay at this point just on that.

I was at that point on the first submission.

Okay this is just ridiculous. At what point does this become SPAM? There oughta be a rule against this.

33 minutes ago: The Free Lands of Vancouvia submitted a proposal to the Security Council Commendation Board entitled "Commend Ponderosa".

Jesus.

Don't you have better things to do with your time? Draft GA resolutions? Look for someone else to commend? Hang out in the Strangers' Bar? Get up and eat a sandwich?

The record is fifteen attempts to get a proposal to quorum, and on the 15th attempt it not only got there but was passed. That was the "historical" resolution on 'Habeas Corpus', by IDU member Enn.

We're each of those proposals revised between submissions?

It was before my time, but I don't think so.
Remember that that was before stamps, and before TG-ing scripts, maybeso even before the idea of 'manual' TG campaigns became well known, so slow accumulation of support over multiple submissions might have been the only 'positive' option open...

I agree with the vast majority, the proposal as submitted is not enough for the Commendation. I'd like to see more than just vague ambiguity. The Kingdom of Albion WILL NOT be approving this proposal.

Respectfully,

Delegate Pendragon

I think this should be withdrawn.

I looked at some comments and this was submitted over nine times? It's like trying to do the same thing that hasn't worked.

I get Ponderosa has done a good job and it has reached many nations in establishing their factbooks but a proposal will need more meat into it. What are some other contributions or in character things he did? And if there's not then you should look into a different subject.
