Condemn The Kingdom of Kalegan.

NOTING that The Kingdom of Kalegan are an group of 3 nations who have wars with each other two times a day sort of organization.

ACKNOWLEDGING that having war is legal, yet controversial, under-regulated, and frequently unsportsmanlike.

CONCERNED that The Kingdom of Kalegan have openly targeted The Three Nations to plan to get rid of The World Assembly otherwise the three nations will be dead and hacked.

RECOGNIZING that The Kingdom of Kalegan have admitted to conspiring to kill The World Assembly.

CONCERNED that The World Assembly can fall down and nations have war to cause a world war.

NOTING that such wars is proven to have a cooling effect on peace to be falling apart.

HEREBY CONDEMNS The Kingdom of Kalegan for endangering the functioning and survival of The World Assembly.

Just a small note: It is spelt Condemn, not Condem.

This is a violation of the NationStates rules. Hacking, or threats thereof, is a DEATable offence. If you have evidence that "The Kingdom of Kalegan" has threatened to hack those three nations: File a GHR here complete with evidence.

The proof was cleaned.

If he did threaten to have people DEAT and/or DoS id suggest you guys did file a GHR

This is something that should be dealt with via a Getting Help Request, as pointed out by others, but is also a violation of Rule 2(c) in the security council.

These two clauses are irrelevant. The WA cannot "fall down" since it is an in-game mechanic and cannot be removed. The next clause is more or less fluff that doesn't really help your condemnation. Really, as it stands now, this isn't really much of a condemnation and more of something that should be looked into by the mods if this claim has any kind of proof. It *can* be made into a condemnation if the nation has done multiple (legal) bad deeds that has had a significant impact, though.

Ok, first off, you need proof of these claims. Second, paragraph five is incorrect grammar. "nations have war to cause a world war. And third, if the Kingdom of Kalegan truly tried to hack, report this, it's a violation of terms and services. And try to write more clearly.
