Recognizes that Misterswaggalicious as an older nation in terms of many other nations in the international community, and has become infamous for some actions in this period.
Notes that Misterswaggalicious has been banned in many regions for the continual lack of understanding of tolerable levels and continues today to perform such actions such as encouraging violence, promoting anarchy, and directly attack the leaders of regions. A list of regions that this nation has been banned from exists as the number has grown so great.
Further notes that Misterswaggalicious has performed many heinous deeds of destruction, including causing the near fall of many regions and the continual cause of corruption in many others
Observing that Misterswaggalicious has demanded delegacy in many regions despite being a new comer for no reason other than being disruptive, negligent, and insulting to the present administration.
Acknowledges that Misterswaggalicious has recently formed a new region to act as a base of operations in order to attack other regions verbally and directly, and has drawn many formerly glorious nations into the reign of corruption.
Further acknowledges that Misterswaggalicious directly rebukes the actions of this Assembly and the other actions of fellow nations and their leaders, causing distrust, dishonor, and destruction.
Hereby condemns Misterswaggalicious for the points listed above.
