Worried by the enormous power held by this party,
Expecting a future upset of the world by this party,
Deeply disturbed by the moral views and governmental policies of Communists and The Communist Bloc,
Affirming that it is necessary to rein in those who overstep their power,
Emphasizing that the balance of power and the power distribution of the world has tilted far too much to the side of The Communist Bloc,
Disgusted by the guerilla tactics and warring practices of the aggressive Communist Bloc,
Hereby
Orders the liquidation of the region the Communist Bloc,
Prevents the further exploitation of countries and regions outside the Communist Bloc by The Communist Bloc,
Discourages any joining of or association with The Communist Bloc,
And hereby completely condemns the region The Communist Bloc.
