I didn't get that vibe. It seemed at first to be saying "we did some bad shit, but we can change".

Nope, it says they did some bad shit and as a result we will prevent them from placing a password on their own region, so they can never safely refound their region, forcing them to either abandon it or live in a founderless region for eternity. As it turned out, they chose to abandon it with gritted teeth.

But yeah, definitely no "they can change" in the text at all. Still seems you only read the title.

@Other post: Pre-influence I believe there were many more delegates and approvals. I seem to recall hearing higher numbers than this. I'm totally letting it hit 300 before I pull it though. XD It is definitely the most I can remember in a looong time.

Or what this will do is prevent the defender force in TBR to successfully keep it out of raider hands. Allowing it to password would allow all of those defenders to go to other places like AE and fight the Raiders there. This will literally just hurt the defenders.

The Valicus Empire was invaded by these raiders. I do not believe in the need to liberate anything though, because we are a free region, and are neutral.
