Resolution: Removal of Ramaeus

The East Pacific is currently threatened by the nation of Ramaeus. The actions of this nation with its corrupt government and lack of political freedom is alarming. His military continually challenges the sovereignty of the Pacific region. Our intelligence has provided evidence of chemical weapons being developed by Ramaeus. This cannot be tolerate under international law. This resolution seeks to effectively remove Ramaeus under these conditions:

1. An army consisting of the World Assembly be created
2. One month for Ramaeus to cease all aggressive tactics and to reform within.
3. Economic sanctions from the Pacific region to be placed upon Ramaeus for that month deadline until political freedom is classified as "good."

Sounds pretty simple really. Assemble 300 or so WA nations, coordinate them all, have them jump in to the region within a 15 second window, and grab the delegacy. That should be a cakewalk.
