[DRAFT] Condemn Leather-clad Germany

ACKNOWLEDGING that Leather-clad Germany is the founder and leader of the Greater German Reich.

REMINDING members of the fact that many Security Council resolutions have passed in relation to the direct actions of the Greater German Reich. Those resolutions being;

-Resolution #41 - "Liberate Republicans"
-Resolution #56 - "Condemn the Greater German Reich"
-Resolution #89 - "Liberate The United Kingdom of Britain"

RECOGNIZING that the above mentioned resolutions have not discouraged Leather-clad Germany and/or the Greater German Reich. They have continued to disrupt international peace, goodwill and harmony between regions in an aggressive manner.

FURTHER RECOGNISING that Leather-clad Germany and the Greater German Reich has continually stated grave remarks on the conquest of regions and the manner in which they do so. Upon conquest most of the conquered regions' factbook entries state "…The Greater German Reich marched into zhis Region in goose step, crushing it under spurred patent leather riding boots to rule it vizh a riding crop clutching leather gloved iron fist." Also common remarks from Leather-clad Germany when it comes to banjection from the Greater German Reich include "zhe Bolshevik scum vas vhipped" and "slapping zhe inferiors with Our patent leather gloves." It clearly demonstrates their clear contempt for human rights, the rights of member nations of the WA and the resolutions of this council.

DISMAYED that this council has not acted to use every avenue available to condemn the actions of the Greater German Reich and its leader Leather-clad Germany.

FEARFUL that if the council does not do everything in their power to condemn such actions, more terrifying atrocities and human rights abuses will occur.

HEREBY CONDEMNS Leather-clad Germany.

Well, I'll grant it has managed to impress me far more than a number of these kinds of proposals from new writers tend to, but I see a few potential issues:

And how is this condemnation supposed to discourage LCG and GGR?

It clearly demonstrates their clear contempt for...the resolutions of this council.

And if they feel contempt for the Council's resolutions, is one more going to change that?

And condemning LCG will stop GGR?

I think you should refer to specific regions that LCG and GGR have hit, for one, and for two, the resolution should emphasize not stopping GGR and LCG (which this will not do), but more on the need for the international community to come together to collectively express their disgust for LCG. Emphasizing stopping LCG/GGR in your resolution (something Condemns cannot do) is going to act to the detriment of this passing.

I'm against this I think. I feel like it would give the nation in question a badge of recognition I'd rather they didn't have.

At the same time though... GGR itself is condemned, so maybe that argument is somewhat invalid.

I think your "Further Recognising" section has a couple of R4 violations, viz mentioning WFEs and banjections.
